Procedure Of The Evaluation System On Forestry Wellness Based Construction

As of March 2017,China has a total of 24 forestry wellness bases,of which the State Forestry Administration Forest Park Management Office approved nine forestry wellness bases,and China Forestry Industry Federation Forest Leisure Experience Branch approved 15.China's forestry wellness development is the result of the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry structure,and it in turn promotes the development of related industries.The forestry wellness development echoes with the times when green development,ecological civilization became era topics,and it implies the forestry wellness industry has great potentials in the forthcoming future.Due to the issues problems and shortcomings of the precipitation in history left over from history and the rush for quick development,more problems came up and the evaluation of forestry wellness base construction has not yet formed a complete theoretical and technical system.Examining these problems,the author sum up the domestic and foreign literature regarding the forestry wellness base and;employee the field research,expert advice,and information access method,in an attempt to demonstrate the importance and necessity of the forestry wellness base construction evaluation system.The purpose of the study is to study utilize the scientific evaluation criteria,which are the guiding standard for the construction of the forestry wellness base.This paper combs the concept with the status quo of forestry wellness at home and abroad and related research on forestry wellness factor is also incorporated.On this basis,the evaluation index system and relevant standard of forestry wellness base in China are put forward.The FAHP program is run by Matlab software,and the weight of each index is calculated.The main contents and innovated points of this paper are as follows:The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:First,the evaluation system of forestry wellness base construction in our country is still blank.The biggest innovation of this paper is to explore the field and make the evaluation system and expert rating table.The evaluation system is Construction of forestry wellness base reference.Second,China's forestry wellness base construction evaluation criteria mainly through four steps to complete:(1)the use of expert advice and questionnaire to determine the forestry wellness base evaluation content and evaluation indicators,made system;(2)the use of fuzzy hierarchy analysis(3)the weight distribution as the main basis,set the evaluation score table that is scoring table,the construction of the forestry wellness base is divided into five kinds of evaluation.In the index layer,among the 40 indicators,the weight of the top 10 is:comfort>aesthetics>forest coverage>resources>hydrology resources>air bacteria>biological landscape resources>biodiversity>Human Resource>Resource Combination,Weight:0.051777153>0.045698593>0.040630802>0.040543635>0.038945038>0.038798038>0.037412025>0.036196093>0.033169092>0.030603531.The highest weight of comfort,and the weight of the difference is not,the forestry wellness base in all aspects of forest conditions and resources to have the ability of people to participate in health.Fourth,through the questionnaire survey method,expert scoring method to evaluate Fujian Qishan forestry wellness base,Qishan forestry wellness base,forestry wellness base for good grades,to further improve the model can be used for the construction of other forestry wellness base.Fifth,the opinions and suggestions of Fujian Qishan forestry wellness base construction and puts forward the advantages and disadvantages analysis.Mainly from the rich biological resources,landscape resources diversification,with great era of development opportunities and development potential of the four analyzed advantages.Disadvantages are mainly from the health industry,ecological environment,related publicity,cooperation and exchange.On the construction of demonstration base are discussed and targeted to not put forward opinions and suggestions.
