In this study,' Jinyu 'as experimental materials,the differentiation and development of 'Jinyu 'in common storage environment under the condition of flower bud,using paraffin section technique combined with the determination of the bud differentiation period of hormone,to understand the process of flower bud morphological differentiation of ' Jinyu 'and the change of endogenous hormones,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the corresponding period as a control,'Jinyu 'flower bud differentiation of flowering regulation and cultivation management practice.The main results are as follows:1.on the three years ' Jinyu ' and ' Jinzhanyintai ' 2 main varieties of bulb bud differentiation process was observed,the results showed that:in the experiment period,the flower bud differentiation of' Jinyu 'experienced 6 periods,namely:bud period,inflorescence primordium,Buddha flame bracts forming stage,primordium formation stage,the formation stage of corolla,stamen formation period.The Buddha flame involucre formation stage to flower primordia formation period lasted longer,lasted about 25d.In september,the rate of floral organ differentiation was significantly faster than that of prophase.In this experiment,the complete time of 'Jinzhanyintai' differentiation was about 75d,and the ' Jinyu ' in the flower bud differentiation rate was significantly delayed,which was more than the late development period of'Jinzhanyintai '.In addition,the result of this experiment is different from that of Zhang Xiaoqing's observation of' Jinzhanyintai'.The growth of the pistil is only after the pistil grows,so it is the same as that observed by the clock.It should be the 8 period.2.For the ' Jinyu' flower bud development and differentiation of endogenous IAA, ABA,GA3,ZR and ZA were detected,the results show that the new node in the whole period of flower bud differentiation,the content of IAA changes with the development of organ formation in large;inflorescence primordium stage and primordium formation stage in blast blast ABA content showed a "M" trend.However,in these two periods is ' Jinyu ' flower bud development speed of the slowest growth period,slow to make it lag var.roem' Jinzhanyintai' 25d long time.Therefore,new ABA may be the main reason of ' Jinyu ' inhibit the flower bud development;on the' Jinyu' and' Jinzhanyintai' endogenous hormones were detected:'Jinyu ' during the period of flower bud differentiation of the average GA3(1.6843 g/gFW),' Jinzhanyintai '(0.9648 g/gFW)high content,nearly double,so it is speculated that this is ' Jinyu ' during flower bud development lags behind the 'Jinzhanyintai ' period of the 2 cases,but only one of the main causes of late flowering 7d;in the early stage of ZA and ZR is a process of accumulation of flower bud development,' Jinyu ' from July 5th to August 9th,ZA and ZR in the accumulation phase,up to 35 days after ZA and ZR was quickly consumed,and'Jinzhanyintai 'accumulation time for ' Jinyu ' 1/3,showing the process of rapid accumulation of rapid consumption-rapid accumulation of rapid consumption,combined with the variation of paraffin and endogenous hormones can be found and their development The state is consistent in the early stage of flower bud development,rapid accumulation and consumption of new ZR and ZA and the development of floral organs differentiation was positively correlated.3.In the different stages of ' Jinyu' and 'jinzhanyintai' flower bud differentiation,endogenous hormone levels not only all changed significantly,the proportion of endogenous hormones also changed significantly.But the same is high IAA/GA is beneficial to the differentiation of flower bud morphology and is unfavorable to the development of flower bud primordia.High levels of ABA/GA are beneficial to the development of flower bud primordia and to the differentiation of flower bud morphology.
