The wheat yeild and quality is the result of genotype and environment interaction.this experiment selected ten test cultivars:strong-gluten wheat(xumai31,xumai32,huaimai20,huaimai30,huaimai33,lianmai6),medium-gluten wheat(ningmail4,yangmai16),weak-gluten wheat(ningmai9,yangmai15);selected three ecological zones in jiangsu province,designed three nitrogen application:NO(no nitrogen),N12(nitrogen:12kg/667m2),N18(nitrogen:18kg/667m2),in order to get high-yield high-quality cultivar screening;the mean results are as follows:1.Effects of nitrogen rate on yield and it’s composition factors in different v arietiesIn the three nitrogen rate treatment,with the increase of nitrogen rate,wheat yeild,effective spikes and grain number are also increased,but grain weight has a different variation in the three ecological zones;in TangQuan ecological zone,while the grain weight of NO treatment is significantly less than the other nitrogen treatmens,the is no significantly difference between the N12,N18 treatmens;in RuGao,TongShan ecological zones,the grain weight increased by the increasing of the nitrogen rate,but in TangQuan ecological zone,the grain weight decreased with the increasing of the nitrogen rate;using the equation to fitting the yield reponse to nittrogen rate of different cultivars:TangQuan ecological zone:Y=164.4060+33.9479x-0.9454x2,RuGao ecological zone:Y=233.7290+18.0766x-0.3420x2,TongShan ecologi(?)cal zone:Y=271.6040+24.2801x-0.5959x2,where Y represents yield,x representatives of nitrogen rate.2.Effects of nitrogen rate on quality of different wheat cultivarsEffects of nitrogen rate on grain quality:under the test nitrogen rate,with the increasing of the nitrogen rate,the total starch content decreased,amylopectin co ntent and ratio of amylopectin to amylose increased in the first then decreased,the amylose content has a different variation with the increasing of the nitrogen rate in different test points;albumin content,globulin content,gliadin content,glutenin content and total protein content increased by the increasing of the nitrogen rate;Effects of nitrogen rate on grain processing quality:under the test nitrogen rate,in TangQuan and TongShan ecological zones,dry and wet gluten content is increased by the increasing of the nitrogen rate;but in RuGao ecological zones,with increasing of the nitrogen rate,dry and wet gluten content is increased first then decreased;SDS-sedimentation value increased with increasing of the nitrogen rate,gluten index is increased by increasing of nitrogen rate;with the increasing of nitrogen rate,gluten moisture absorption is increased first then decreased,but there is no significant difference between the nitrogen treatments.Correlation analysis results:under the test nitrogen rate,nitrogen rate is significantly positively related to the wheat yield,total protein content,wei gluten content and SDS-sedimentation value;nitrogen rate is negatively related to total starch content,but not significantly;it shows,withe the increasing of the nitrogen rate,yield,total protein content,wet gluten content and SDS-sedimentation value increased,total starch content is decreased with the increasing of the nitrogen rate.3.wheat varieties suitable for cultivation and corresponding N rate in threee cological zonesIn TangQuan ecological zone,the most suitable for planting wheat cultivar is yangmai15,the corresponding N rate is N12,this time with the highest yield in the field to meet the weak-gluten wheat total protein content and wet gluten content requests.in RuGao ecological zone,the most suitable for planting wheat cultivar is medium-gluten wheat ningmail4 and strong-gluten wheat huaimai30,the corresponding N rate is N18,this time with the highest yield in the field to meet the total protein content and wet gluten content requests.in TongShan ecological zone,the most suitable for planting wheat cultivar is medium-gluten wheat yangmail6 and strong-gluten wheat xumai32,the corresponding N rate is N18,this time with high yield in the field to meet the total protein content and wet gluten content requests.
