Clay soils developed on loess parent material,mainly in the undulating plains between the Jianghuai area.Its huge loss of top tilth soil clay and iron,manganese and other substances to cause reduction of top soil clay content,silt content is relatively higher,then the upper soil dccolorization pale gray,loose texture,structural poor,low fertility.In order to improve the yield of crops in soil,the majority of agricultural producers continue to take effective measures,such as fertilizer,crop rotation is reasonable,rational farming,irrigation water,etc,to improve soil fertility,crop and create the necessary environment to meet the growing conditions.Considering the white soil clay soil is characterized by a lack of clay,iron,organic matter and various other nutrients,while the bottom soil is characterized by rich clay,the lack of organic matter,but a part of iron and other nutrients are not too lack of.It can be implemented at the top of white soil with the bottom mixing of deep plowing to make both learn from each other,combined with strong organic fertilizer to improve soil fertility.In this paper,The"Field experimental study site for enhancing white soil fertility"experiment has been conducted for three years in Nandu Zhen,Liyang,Jiangsu Province.By applying organic materials,deep plowing soil mixing bottom and white soil for soil improvement,feasibility study to improve crop yield and soil nutrients,and to explore the changes of soil humic substances and the structure of humic acids after organic material applied.On the basis of previous studies and the presence of a base metal clay latent layer in white soil,the formation of simple organic compounds by using humus experimental simulation to study the effect of different minerals to organic matter humification process.Further prove the effects of minerals contact oxidation to organic matter humification process.The main results were as follows:?1?paddy soil has fertilized by different treatment for three years,Soil organic carbon,Total nitrogen content in the straw and swine manure treatments were significantly higher than those in the no-organic materials treatment.Compared to Paid control rice yield?554 kg/acre?,straw,organic fertilizer in rice yield Paid?607 kg/acre,657 kg/acre?property has increased significantly.All these indicate that the application of organic material increases the organic carbon content,improve soil physical and chemical properties,increase the clay soil nutrient status and fertility,increase crop yield and quality.?2?The E4/E6 ratio in HA is in the order of straw>swine manure>control.Compared to the control group,straw and manure fertilization three years after the application of E4/E6 ratio increase soil humic acids into the group,and the straw>organic manure into>the control group.Compared to the control?CK?,HS content of the straw?ST?and manure?OM?soil increased significantly after four years fertilization;compared with CK,E4/E6 value of ST and OM are significantly reduced.Infrared spectroscopy of soil HA showed organic material fertilized in soil makes aliphatic enhanced,reducing the amount of carboxyl groups,aromatic decreased.Comparing to the control treatment,[H]/[C]and[O]/[C]ratios in the organic material treatment and straw treatment showed a decreasing trend,while the nitrogen content in the HA increased significantly.The results indicate that dehydrating processes have occurred in the humus and new humus have formed in the paddy soils after the addition of organic materials.And the reason is not necessarily dehydration condensation caused between carbon atoms,we guess it may be a long-term application of biomass into sugars in-amines polymerize melanoidins formed substances caused.This research continues to be speculation.At the same time it also indicates characteristics of paddy soil humus formation.?3?E600 value of bimassite was significantly higher than the control and goethite,indicating birnassite significantly higher than the degree of its solution condensation,aromatic enhancement.It showed that birnessite significantly promote the humification process system.IR spectra from birnassite in two systems can be seen:the absorption band near the 920cm-1 disappeared,950cm-1 peak?-COO-dimer?appears.IR absorption peak value relative intensities of 1610/3380,950/3380 values were significantly greater than the initial composite sample,which shows bimessite contributed greatly promote humification processes to the condensation of alanine and vanilla acid,glucose?alanine and vanilla acids SEM discovered microbes involved in the oxidation of organic matter decomposition in mineral reaction system.
