Asia minor bluegrass (Polypogon fugax) is an annual witch was long-term No-Tillage Direct seeding in rice rapeseed and cotton rapeseed rotaion system, greatly reduces their yield and quality.In order to study the effects of Endophytes'on Polypogon fugax N. against quizalofop-p-ethyl. The article have been monitored the resistance level of the population and conducted a study on the isolation of plant endophytes from the resistant population and the susceptible population,then compare them to the capacity of degrading quizalofop-p-ethyl, screen the highest rate of degradation strain for molecular biological identification, named KT4,and inoculated it back to the susceptible population to evaluate the effect of KT4 infection on P. fugax resistance to quizalofop-p-ethyl.The article have been measured the changes of ED50 and GST in sensitive Polypogon fugax which was inoculated by Endophytes KT4. The results showed that Seedling fresh weight of nine biotypes decreased when the quizalofop-p-ethyl rate increased. The ED 50 for the biotype S (SCQS) was 1.042 ai g·ha-1. Thus, biotype R(SCQS) showed the highest Resistance index of 19.97.after inoculating Endophyte KT4, susceptible (S) population of Polypogon fugax's level of resistance to quizalofop-p-ethyl of rose obviously and ED50 increased from 0.978 ai g·ha-1 to9.474ai g·ha-1,and the resistance index(RI) increased 9.6 times. The Two treated fungicides reduce the ED50 of the resistant(R) to quizalofop-p-ethyl.what's more the effort of kasugamycin is higher than Jinggangmycin's.after treated by Jinggangmycin.The results indicated that some Endophytes can degrade quizalofop-p-ethylm, and they can promote host plants'metabolism in quizalofop-p-ethyl, thereby they can improve host plants'resistance on quizalofop-p-ethyl. Systemic fungicide inhibits the growth and development of Endophytes by itself or metabolize substance so that it can reduce the resistance of Polypogon fugax to quizalofop-p-ethyl. And it provides new methods to treat herbicide resistance weeds.
