On The Micro Flora Carried By The Haemaphysalis Flava Tick

In this paper, we mainly by the technique of PCR-DGGE and high-throughput sequencing technology to analyzes the micro flora from the Haemaphysalis flava tick which are in different gender and stages.Results:1.Based on analysis of DGGE; Haemaphysalis flava tick intestinal contents; Article 11 the obvious stripe sequence respectively with Rickettsia peacockii、Rickettsia helvetica、Rickettsia slovaca、Rickettsia tarasevichiae、Klebsiella pneumoniae Staphylococcus、Pectobacterium carotovorum、Pseudomonas aeruginosa、Erwinia、Bacillus cereus and cultivate the soil bacterial 16 s rDNA V3 area sequence is highly similar.Results:2. Based on analysis of High-throughput sequencing technology; The high relative abundance of egg are Mycobacterium、Balneimonas and Phenylobacterium; The high relative abundance of larva are Methylosinus and Corynebacterium; The high relative abundance of nymph are Luteibacter、Propionibacterium、Coxiella、Serratia、Shewanella、 Pseudomonas、Enhydrobacter and Staphylococcus、The high relative abundance of H.flava are Sphingomonas、Rickettsia、Brevibacterium and Ehrlichia.
