| In this experiment, Hunan lawn commonly Lolium perenne L. and Festuca elata Keng ex E. Alexeev for the study, and trinexapac-ethyl and Paclobutrazol as administration of the agent, by a series of biological characteristics and chorophyll flourescence parameters were measured, screening the optimum concentration administered trinexapac-ethyl and Paclobutrazol to perennial ryegrass and Tall fescue,aims to provide reference for trinexapac-ethyl and paclobutrazol on lawn maintenance and management, the main results are as follows:Canpoy height:After trinexapac-ethyl and paclobutrazol for 6 weeks, canopy height of perennial ryegrass, respectively, compared to the control dwarfing the 12.5%~53.1%、12.6 %~52.5%, canopy height of Tall fescue, respectively, compared to the control dwarfing the 7.1%~45.2%、32.5%~44.4%. trinexapac-ethyl and paclobutrazol could significantly inhibit the growth of two kinds of vertical turfgrass, to reduce the number of trim, reduce the cost of lawn maintenance purposes.External morphological characters:leaf width of perennial ryegrass and Tall fescue no significant changes.In a certain concentration range, the leaf length of the two kinds of cool season turf grass could be significantly inhibited.Tiller:the tillering capacity of perennial ryegrass and Tall Fescue under the effect of trinexapac-ethyl and paclobutrazoll increased significantly, but two cool season turfgrass root system growth to varying degrees of inhibition.Chorophyll flourescence parameters:trinexapac-ethyl and paclobutrazoll will hurt the PS Ⅱ reaction center of perennial ryegrass and tall fescue, affect the photosynthetic efficiency. However, under the effect of high concentration trinexapac-ethyl and paclobutrazoll with the function of PS II reaction center defense mechanism photosynthetic efficiency has a certain rise.In summary,the best application concentration of trinexapac-ethyl for perennial ryegrass and Tall fescue are 0.12ml/m2,paclobutrazol optimal application concentration of perennial ryegrass is 250mg/m2, paclobutrazol optimal application concentration of Tall fescue is 150mg/m2. |
