Study On The Effect Of Different Harvesting Methods Of Upper Leaves Of XinNing City Flue-cured Tobacoo

In addition, from the point of price, according to all that good maturity, loose organization, the upper part of the tobacco prices are higher than the cutters. Consequently, to improve the usability of upper leaves in flue-cured tobacco, and improve the yield and quality of tobacco leaves, which was meet the tobacco industry put forward the new requirements of the tobacco leaf, and improve tobacco farmers income, enthusiasm and the development of rural economy has an important positive role. In this paper, through different picking methods on the Xinning city, the paper was studied the influence of the upper leaf tobacco usability. The result was shown as follow:(1) The upper leaf with a stem by one-off harvesting pattern what improve the hygroscopicity of upper leaves after modulation, elasticity and filling power, reduce the specific leaf weight and leaf density, but improved the percentage of stem in tobacco leaf, explain with stem cutting can improve leaf structure, improve tobacco contains material enrichment, can improve the usability of upper leaves.(2) The method of concentrated picking upper leaf and harvesting with stalk together, tobacco aroma substances content were 1170.10?g/g and 986.62?g/g, higher than traditional recovery processing 43.3%,20.9%, respectively. Therefore, by changing the way of harvested can improve the amount of the aroma of tobacco leaves. Compared with the traditional harvesting,the content of neophytadiene,the content of carotenoids degradation products,the content of aromatic amino acid metabolites, the content of westpac alkanes degradation products in Disposable upper leaves with stem harvest were 68.3%,46.5%, 1.0% and 68.3% respectively,the content of maillard reaction product was reduced 21.8%.(3) Disposable upper leaves with stem harvest that can improve the economic benefits of upper leaves.
