Through two experiments, this paper studies the rice protein meal instead of different proportion of soybean meal on LiangFengHua poultry production performance, slaughter performance, the influence of immune organ index and blood biochemical indexes. Using the algorithms to evaluate rice protein meal on the nutrition and metabolism of Liang FengHua poultry.Selection of body healthy 12 LiangFengHua poultry and randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 6, single cage of the individual. The test is divided into control group and the rice protein meal group. On the basis of corn, soybean meal type fodder, the set of algorithm evaluation of rice protein nutrient metabolic rate, by 80% of fodder and 20% made from feed raw materials under test, by using all muck metabolic experiment was carried out. Trial for 1 week.One thousand and eighty 1-day-old LiangFengHua broilers were randomly allocated to 6 groups with 6 replicates of 30 broilers in each trial. The control group was fed diet with soybean meal as the only protein feed ingredients, the nutritional levels reference to the yellow chicken nutrition standards NY/T 33-2004. The experimental group diets used rice protein meal to replace the soybean meal protein in control diet at the proportion of 10%,20%,30%,40% and 50% on the basis of the control group. The proportions of degossypolized cottonseed protein in the diets were 2.4%,4.8%,7.2%,9.6%,12% in 1-28 days,1.8%,3.6%,5.4%,7.2%,9.0% in 29-56days,respectively.Adjusting dietary composition to make the levels of crude protein, metabolizable energy, methionine, lysine and threonine in each diet fairly. The whole trial period was 56days. The experimental results showed that: (1) The results show that the LiangFengHua poultry for 14.12 MJ/Kg for rice protein metabolism, LiangFengHua poultry on the rice protein meal on crude protein, crude fat, crude ash, crude fiber, nitrogen free extract and metabolic rate of dry matter were 85.20%, 82.34%,12.23%,82.34%,87.12% and 65.12%. (2) From the perspective of the production performance of test the whole period, the treatment group Liang FengHua poultry in average daily gain, average daily feed intake on the difference was not significant (P>0.05), experiment group average daily gain was slightly improved. Each treatment group Liang FengHua poultry significant difference on the feed conversion ratio, including test V feed conversion ratio is significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05).(3) The fodder with different proportion of rice protein meal to replace soybean meal to Liang FengHua poultry carcass rate, leg muscle rate, breast muscle rate, half the chamber eviscerated ratio, the net rate, rate of abdominal fat and lean meat had no significant influence (P>0.05) is no significant effect on the development of immune organs (P>0.05).(4) In 57 days of age, each group of blood biochemical indicators (total protein, albumin, blood glucose, Alt, aspertate aminotransferase, creatinine, uric acid and urea nitrogen) on the difference was not significant.Replace soybean meal with different level of rice protein meal on serum antioxidant index (glutathione peroxidase and total antioxidant capacity) on the difference was not significant.Comprehensive the above test result shows that in the experimental group diet metabolizable energy, crude protein, methionine, lysine and threonine levels consistent case, replace different proportion soybean meal with rice protein meal can obtained Liang FengHua poultry in corn, soybean meal type under the condition of the conventional fodder feed effect. Therefore, rice protein meal can be used as a protein source in poultry feed, can replace part of soybean meal in a certain extent. Through the establishment of the prediction model, to estimate the rice protein meal in the feed mixture proportion. After a forecasting model of calculation, when rice protein meal instead of soybean meal 26.6%, chicken body weight gain optimal LiangFengHua poultry. When rice protein meal instead of soybean meal 19.9%, The lowest LiangFengHua poultry feed conversion ratio. Therefore, replace soybean meal with 20%?26% of rice protein meal in broilers growth optimal LiangFengHua poultry.
