This test is to grow in the xiaowutai,beixiaodian, lishi and guandishan of Korean pine as the research object, through field investigation, field sampling, system analysis and research the four different testing the growth condition of Korean pine seedling survival.Research including Korean pine seedling survival situation and characteristics of different testbed seedling survival in comparison, plant height of Korean pine seedlings, growth height, crown diameter, main root length and growth indexes such as comparative analysis, the chlorophyll content of seedling needles, superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, peroxidase and other physiological index were analyzed, and the combination of four different testbed environment factors and soil properties to analyze its influence on seedling growth, the main results were as follows:(1) Four gardens after three years survival rate close emperor highest guandishan, beixiaodian and lishi middle and xiaowutai is minimal.Most of Korean pine death is concentrated in the first year after planting, xiaowutai ideaths accounted for 70.09% of total number of the first year, the baixiaodian accounted for 68.31% of the total number of death, lishi and close emperor accounted for 72.53% and 75.93% respectively.(2) the annual average temperature, annual rainfall, annual sunshine time, and there is significant correlation between survival rate, annual average temperature, annual rainfall, annual sunshine hours has a direct influence on Korean pine seedling survival rate, is the decisive factor that Korean pine can survive. Which positively correlated between annual precipitation and the survival rate, annual average temperature and sunshine duration and survival rate showed a negative correlation.(3) the soil moisture content, PH value, organic matter, available phosphorus, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, and there is significant correlation between Korean pine survival, including moisture content, organic matter, effective phosphorus, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen is closely relative to the four factors and survival rate, and the soil PH negative correlation with survival rate.(4) four gardens of Korean pine plant height, taproot length, there were significant differences between the crown.The average plant height from big to small in turn is:close guandishan> lishi>beixiaodian >xiaowutai, average are:42.0 cm,32.4 cm,28.4 cm and 25.7 cm.Taproot long mean from big to small in turn is:close guandishan> lishi>beixiaodian>xiaowutai, average are:13.9 cm,11.6 cm,9.0 cm and 7.87 cm.The crown average size in the order:close guandishan> lishi> xiaowutai> beixiaodian, mean 19.0 cm, 13.8 cm,13.3 cm and 12.9 cm.Correlation analysis showed that the climate factors annual average temperature, annual rainfall and sunshine time of plant height, taproot length and crown have significant correlation, and annual average temperature and sunshine duration has significant correlation to the crown.Moisture content in soil factors, pH value, organic matter, available phosphorus and alkali solution nitrogen and Korean pine significant correlation between plant height and root long, and no significant correlation between the crown and the effective phosphorus removal, and the other four factors have significant correlation.(5) four gardens of Korean pine no significant difference between chlorophyll content and average size sequence is:xiaowutai> lishi>beixiaodian> guandishan, the mean of 0.96,0.95,0.89 and 0.88 respectively.Meteorological factors and soil physical and chemical properties of Korean pine chlorophyll content were not significant correlation.(6) four gardens in Korean pine leaf SOD, MDA, and there were significant differences between POD.Average of SOD from big to small in turn is:close guandishan> lishi>beixiaodian> xiaowutai, average are:76.34 u/gFW,60.95 u/gFW,59.87 u/gFW and 54.91 u/gFW.MDA average from big to small in turn is:xiaowutai>beixiaodian> lishi small> guandishan, average are:185.66 umol/gFW,170.09 umol/gFW,163.55 umol/gFW and 116.16 umol/gFW.POD of average size in the order:closeguandishan> lishi>beixiaodian>xiaowutai, average were 96.27,88.98,83.81 and 72.82 ug/FW.Correlation analysis showed that the climate factors annual average temperature and sunshine time of SOD and POD has significant correlation, annual average temperature, annual rainfall, sunshine time and MDA content has a significant correlation between. Soil moisture content in factor, pH value, organic matter, effective nitrogen and phosphorus, alkali solution between the content of SOD, MDA, POD have significant correlation.
