In this paper, to rape and maize field was tested object, using a completely randomized experimental design, the effect of nitrogen fertilizer with application of rape, effect of soil nutrients of maize and yield and quality. The results showed in the following aspects:(1)Different fertilization treatment can significantly improve the soil nutrient content was significantly higher than that of the control treatment. And nitrogen and calcium fertilizer with fertilizer treatment with nitrogen treatment compared, tested soil total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, alkaline hydrolysis n, total phosphorus, total potassium, organic matter, urease, phosphatase, invertase content increased significantly, the difference was significant level. Among them, to calcium ammonium nitrate processing effect is better.(2)Different fertilization treatment can significantly increase the tested soil enzyme activity was significantly higher than that of the control treatment and nitrogen and calcium with Shi treatment and nitrogen treatment compared, tested increased the activity of soil enzyme, significant differences. Among them, to calcium ammonium nitrate difference is the most significant.(3)Different fertilization treatments compared with the control treatment, can significantly increase the crop yield. Potted rape nitrogen levels and O.lg/kg in 0.6g/kg 0.3g/kg, compared to the level of nitrogen yield of rapeseed production increased significantly, and the difference was significant. In 0.1g/kg nitrogen supply level, calcium ammonium nitrate treatment for treatment of high yield 208.4g/basin.5.3% than that of calcium nitrate, compared with other treatment differences in 0.3g/kg n level, the yield of calcium ammonium nitrate treatment for 330.1g/basin, 3.4% higher than the calcium nitrate treatment, compared with the other treatments significantly in 0.6g/kg nitrogen level, the yield of calcium ammonium nitrate treatment for 396.9g/treatment was 3.9% higher than the basin. Compared with other calcium nitrate, the difference was significant; maize field experiment, calcium ammonium nitrate treatment yield was 738.65Kg/mu,6% higher than the calcium nitrate treatment, compared with the other treatments were significantly different.(4)Different treatments, and nitrogen treatment compared to the treatment of nitrogen fertilizer and calcium fertilizer, crop production increased significantly and the difference was significant. Potted rape nitrogen levels in O.lg/kg urea, calcium carbonate treatment yield than urea treatment of rape high yield 8.8%, significant difference, ammonium nitrate, calcium carbonate processing rapeseed yield 5.6%, higher than the ammonium nitrate processing rapeseed yield significantly in 0.3g/kg urea nitrogen level, calcium carbonate treatment yield than urea treatment yield 7.4%, significant difference, ammonium nitrate, calcium carbonate treatment yield is 1.8% higher than that of ammonium nitrate treatment of rape yield was no significant difference in 0.6g/kg for nitrogen levels. Urea calcium carbonate treatment yield is 1.1% higher than the yield of urea, the difference was not significant; in maize field experiment, ammonium nitrate and calcium carbonate treatment of corn yield than ammonium nitrate treatment of corn yield is higher than 8.9%, the difference was significant, and the yield of the corn treated with ammonium sulfate and calcium carbonate was 12.5% higher than that of ammonium sulfate treatment, and the difference was significant. The yield of the treated corn was 8.8% higher than that of urea treatment, and the difference was significant.
