| Rice blast is one of plant disease of the world's rice area commonly occurring,rice yield serious cuts,selection and collection of resistant varieties is the most effective control of rice blast measures.There is now increasing emphasis on quality rice,rice is often the appearance and eating quality of rice grain product like taste as good or bad criteria.Therefore,breeding disease-resistant ability,good quality rice,high yield and high coefficient of new rice variety is the key to today's rice breeding research.In this experiment,Yahui 2115 and Yahui 2115 series combination as the material, through Yaan field blast resistance identification,evaluation Yahui 2115 series combined blast resistance strength;by analying of Yahui 2115 and it's combination of the eight main characters and 10 main rice quality traits,evaluation of combining ability and heritability of major traits of Yahui 2115;by Yi Xiangyou 2115 main rice quality traits mass index analysis,comprehensive evaluation of the combination of the stability of grain quality traits. The main results are as follows:1. Yahui 2115 not only a high resistance to blast material,but also can improve or enhance its combination blast resistance capability.By field blast resistance identification of Yahui 2115 and it's series combination,find that Yahui 2115 field leaf blast of level 1, panicle blast is 0,parents belonging to high resistance;Yahui 2115 with covered high resistance,resistant and susceptible types of measurements with 16 male sterile lines,its combination of Fl were resistant.It showed that Yahui 2115 as restorer line group with a combination,regardless of whether the CMS line blast resistance,it is equipped with a combination of rice blast resistance performance,explanation Yahui 2115 can enhance the combination of anti-blast sexuality.2. Yahui 2115 compared with 4 production lines common recovery,the blast resistance had optimal contribution to combinations.By randomized block design,to 9 parents and 20 combinations blast resistance identification in field,discoverying Yahui 2115,Chenghui 727 and Rong 18B were high blast resistance parents;Shuhui 527 and Ya 5B belonged to the anti-parental;Yixiang 1B and Zhong 9B belonged to the susceptible parents;Lehui 188 and Luhui 17 belonged to the susceptible parents. It said that Yahui 2115,Cheng Hui 727 and Rong 18B of blast resistance stronger than the other parents.Yahui 2115 with varying degrees of resistance sterile lines hybrid that combines both a high resistance to blast;Rong 18B with varying degrees of resistance sterile lines hybrid that combines both a high resistance to blast. Through analysis showed hybrids of field resistance to blast resistance by the impact of the recoverys.also affected by the disease resistance sterile lines.3.Field tests showed that the leaf blast and panicle blast grade levels have a very significantly and positively correlation. According to the field survey results showed that the level of leaf blast and neck blast level 0.01 level (two-tailed test) were a very significantly and positively correlation, indicating that the higher the level of leaf blast and neck blast its level was higher in Yaan field.4. Yahui 2115 and its combinations had excellent grain quality characters.Calculated Yahui 2115 series combinations of main rice quality integrated quality index,it founded Yahui 2115 the main quality characters was up to two meters standard,was a high-quality parent.The Yahui 2115 combinations had 12,there was 10 combinations to achieve the ministry of standard grade three meters and above.it said the Yahui 2115 performance heterosis for grain quality traits.5.Yahui 2115 principal traits combining ability was excellent, having contribute to agronomic and quality traits.By 4×5NC-?to 20 combinations of eight major agronomic and ten quality traits index variance analysis,founded that Yahui 2115 in grain weight, panicle real number,panicle grains,seed rate.panicle density,the milled rice rate and gel consistency of this seven traits GCA were large and larger additive effect;Ear length,grain length,chalky rate,amylose content and protein content traits GCA was smaller and the smaller additive effect.Yahui 2115 were active on SCA,such as panicle grains,panicle real number,seed weight,seed rate,panicle density milled rice rate,chalky grain rate,chalkiness and amylose content.It showed that Yahui 2115 principal traits with good combining ability and heritability,having a greater impact on a combination of agronomic and quality of rice.6.4 Yahui 2115 combinations of rice quality was at 3 sites,showed good adaptability,Yi Xiangyou 2115 had a good stability.there had rice quality index model analysis of mass by Yaan,Chengdu and Mianyang. Find Yi Xiangyou 2115 is the best quality rice varieties;from the species x site interaction variance and coefficient of variation relative to see,Stability of the best Yi Xiangyou 2115,In Sichuan have a wide range of stable adaptability.possible large scale cultivation. |
