Effect Of Irrigation And Harvest Time On Fruit Quality And Storage In XinLi NO.7

In order to improve the quality and storage of XinLi NO.7,this paper studies the effect to the quality of XinLi NO.7 by comparing the experiment of different irrigation methods.Researching the impact on the quality of XinLi NO.7 can be picked up in different irrigation period;researching different harvest time of XinLi NO.7 makes influence on quality and storage.There will be put forward the optimization irrigation period the before harvest time and picking time,by selecting appropriate irrigation mode.The results shows that :(1)through the comparative analysis of different irrigation methods on the impact of the pear tree yield and fruit quality,it is concluded that drip irrigation take an advantage of reducing the fruit hardness;drip irrigation and border irrigation mode is beneficial to improve the fruit weight and soluble sugar content;furrow irrigation mode of titratble acid content is higher than drip irrigation and border irrigation methods.From comprehensive analysis of different irrigation methods on the yield and fruit quality pear tree,drip irrigation is the most suitable for planting pear trees micro irrigation methods in terms of the water-saving production.The soluble solids content of4 h drip irrigation XinLi NO.7 is higher than that of 2h drip irrigation and border irrigation,which is not significant different from furrow irrigation.The soluble solids content of furrow irrigation is obviously higher than other ways.(2)Different irrigation period will make big influence on the XinLi NO.7 fruit quality before picking times.There is no obvious effect on fruit shape index,fruit density,total soluble solid before the water under the condition of dense planting of fruits.But the quality of single fruit weight,total sugar content,acid content,and vitamin C content are affected significantly.First,the weight of single fruit with the continuously shortening of irrigation period has a rising trend;the fruit hardness with the shortening of irrigation period has a downward trend before mining.There is little effect on fruit shape index and fruit density;there is not much impact on the soluble solid;then acid content with the continuously shortening of irrigation period before mining has a rising trend;or total sugar content at that condition shows a trend of falling after rising first;vitamin C with the continuously shortening shortening of irrigation period shows the first falling trend later.Form the view of fruit quality,the pear tree planting is the most suitable for 10 days water irrigation before mining.10 days watering before picking or(3)other times can be more effectively promote the fruit enlargement,obtain the fruit hardness and get higher total sugar content.(4)Different harvest time can influence significantly the XinLi NO.7 fruit quality.Different harvest time under the condition of dense planting of fruit shape index has no significant difference,but the effect of the fruit density,single content,soluble sugar content,acid content,vitamin C is remarkable.As the harvest time delaying,the weight is on the rise;fruit density is on the decline;fruit hardness is first dropping trend;soluble solids content is lower after first trend;titratable acid content is falling first then a rising trend;vitamin C content shows a trend of first falling.Different harvest time has obviously impact on the storage of XinLi NO.7 pear.Fruit density and acid content become high when fruit was picked early the harvest time that fruit can not get the quality;when it was picked too late,fruit hardness is low with decreasing quickly,and the shelf time is short.Therefore,the determination of the harvest period is more complicated.Comprehensive consideration,100 days after the flower harvest is the suitable harvest time of XinLi No.7 while ensuring the fruit weight,fruit quality is higher,and the storage is better.
