Sericulture is a traditional industry, with a history of thousands of years in China.The Silk Route witnessed the sericulture industry was brilliant, and today, sericulture industry is still a limitless potential of the industry.National industrial strategies in early21 st century- "moving East Mulberry West" work is progressing well. However with the development of industrialization and urbanization, the vast rural areas of young adults migrant workers, resulting in a lack of labor force in rural areas, makes the sericulture population aging severely abnormal.Due to the lack of labor, the mulberry sericulture also began the transition from labor-intensive to extensive resources.In the process of transformation of the whole industry, production management tends to be extensive.In this case, the further specification of the production details is particularly important, especially those key production details.Details determine success or failure, especially the practice of production, all production processes are often linked together.In sericulture, silkworm pickling is very important, accurately grasp the pickling temperature is the priority among priorities.Pickling temperature is too low, will cause uneven hatching; pickling temperature is too high, will cause the death of eggs increased, the silkworm son weak.In short, dipping acid temperature is too high or too low will affect the sericulture production, light to silkworm field bring direct economic losses, indirect influence the production plan in the majority of silkworm area, bring economic loss to the broad silkworm raiser, undermine social harmony and stability.Silkworm pickling to break the egg internal balance, relieve diapause eggs, to enter into the incubation stage of development.Currently at home and abroad on the egg dip acid research stay in silkworm pickling after the developmental mechanism of silkworm eggsand hatching, and influence on the late larval stage rarely involve.To this, this study mainly dip acid temperature difference of silkworm(Bombyx mori) in the various effects of the larval stage, trying to explore silkworm leaching acid optimum temperature or to the current dip acid temperature to provide theoretical support.The test from the actual production situation of the test is divided into spring, autumn two parts trials investigating the Silkworm Embryo Growth of acid leaching, silkworm Practical Hatchability, silkworm(Bombyx mori health scores, cocoon quality, ooplasm) project.In the spring experiment,different effects of temperature on the leaching acid analysis showed that silkworm:Leaching acid development difference of silkworm eggs is more significant, the fastest growth in silkworm pickling temperature for 118?, development of the slowest of acid leaching temperature for 116?, a difference of 1.5 days;Different pickling temperature treatments did not differ significantly between the Practical Hatchability of silkworm eggs;Different acid leaching temperature processing of silkworm, silkworm rearing result in differences in some segments of the project is significant, such as cocoon quality, and each treatment, health and egg quality difference is not significant.In the spring experiment, the optimum temperature is 118 ? Acid leaching.In the fall experiment, investigation and analysis:After pickling, silkworm development is significant difference, development fast homogeneous silkworm pickling temperature for 118 ?, development retardation of silkworm pickling temperature for 116?, a difference of 1.5 days;A survey of practical hatching rate of silkworm eggs best display area pickling temperature is 118?;Different pickling temperature treatment in silkworm rearing performance comparison that silkworm relatively reasonable pickling temperature is 118?and 119?.Spring and fall season two,the test results of the analysis showed that the optimum processing temperature of acid leaching of silkworm eggs is 118?(47.78?).The optimum leaching can reduce the silkworm egg farms in the loss caused by acid leaching, increase farmer income, also for future related research provide theoretical basis to determine acid temperature.
