Investigation And Analysis Of H1 And H3 Infection Of Swine Influenza In Some Regions Of China

The purpose of this program is to research the infectious status of swine influenza H1N1,H3N2 in some samples from parts of the country,evaluate positive rate of swine influenza H1N1 and H3N2 antibodies in domestic swine farm, then decide if the immune project is needed to provide a basic protection. Because the vaccines of swine flu was still not used in the farms,so we detect antibody in serum by ELISA as a symbol of infection. The ELISA kit is from Shanghai Ji biological Co Ltd. We detect 365 samples from Shanghai and AnHui,HeNan,Shan Dong,FuJian provinces in 2011 and 2012,including 24 pig farms in total.Results as follows:The antibody positive result of swine flu H1N1 is 113 /365,the positive rate is 30.96%; the antibody positive result of swine flu H3N2 is 54/365,the positive rate is 14.79%;315 samples of fattening pigs at different stages and boar, the antibody positive result of swine flu H1N1 is 99/315,the positive rate is 31.43%;the antibody positive result of swine flu H3N2 is 46/315,the positive rate is 14.60%; 50 samples of sows,the antibody positive result of swine flu H1N1 is 13/50,the positive rate is 26.00%,the antibody positive result of swine flu H3N2 is 7/50,the positive rate is 14.00%.Samples from different regions,273 samples are from Shanghai,the antibody positive results of swine flu H1N1 and H3N2 are 76/273and26/273,positive rate are 27.84% and9.52%; 92 samples are from other provinces and cities,the antibody positive results of swine flu H1N1 and H3N2 are 36/90and27/90,positive rate are 39.13% and 29.4%.For different week-old pigs,positive rate of H1N1,H3N2 antibodies in the 9th week-old pigs is higher compare to the 3rd,5th,and 7th week-old pigs. In different month,positive H1N1 antibody is 87/224,positive rate is 38.84%, positive H3N2 antibody is 41/224,positive rate is 18.3%in March; positive H1N1 antibody is 3/50,positive rate is 6.00%,positive H3N2 antibody is 1/50,positive rate is 2%in April. positive H1N1 antibody is 22/91,positive rate is 24.18%,positive H3N2 antibody is 11/91,positive rate is 12.09%in November. The number of positive both H1N1 and H3N2 antibody was 43/365, and positive rate is 11.78%.According to the results of this experiment,we find that the positive antibody rate of swine flu H1N1 in domestic partial at a maintained level,and the positive antibody rate of H3N2 is lower than H1N1,P<0.05 significant. The positive antibody rates of swine flu H1N1 and H3N2 in Shanghai is lower than other provinces.P<0.05 significant.Swine flu is the highly incidence in Spring than other seasons,and the 9th week-old pigs are easier to get swine flu.
