Fungi mainly includes Penicillium sp., Aspergillus sp., and Trichoderma sp.,Fusarium sp., Alternaria sp., Penicillium sp. is domiant population. Bacteria mainly includes Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas sp., Arthrobacter sp., Stenotrophomonas sp., Flavobacterium sp.,Burkholderia sp., Rhodococcus sp., Agrobacterium sp., Microbacterium sp., Exiguobacterium sp.,Chryseobacterium sp., Janibacter sp., Raoultella sp., Bacillus sp. as the dominant population,accounting for 57% of the total bacteria. Actinomyces are Streptomyces sp..In the tobacco field of application the organic fertilizer with microbial feilizer, 2015, a survey of tobacco bacterial wilt and black shank disease occurrence, the two tobacco diseases did not occur.
