| Camellia olifera,as well known,is the dominating woody oil crops in China.However,the yield of Camellia olifera reduced largely as a result of frequent blossom and fruit drops caused by diseases such as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides、Pestalotiopsis microspora and Agaricodochium camellia in the producing area.To obtain a compound fungicides that can control various diseases,we screened tested the common fungicidess and plants in the producing area.The main results are as follows:(1)Screening of effective and broad-spectrum fungicides to diseasesWe screened out pyrimethanil iprodione by testing indoor toxicity to pathogenic bacteria and control efficiency to their detached leaf.The EC50 of Pyrimethanil iprodione to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Pestalotiopsis microspora,Agaricodochium camellia are 72.76mg/L,112.66mg/L,142.41mg/L respectively,and the control efficiency are 83.1%,74.1%,61.7%respectively.(2)Screening of extractive of plant souceWe screened out the extractive of Phytolacca Americana L from three common plant by testing indoor toxicity to pathogenic bacteria and control efficiency to their detached leaf.The EC50 of the extractive of Phytolacca Americana to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Pestalotiopsis microspora,Agaricodochium camellia are 159.31mg/L,141.87mg/L,181.88mg/L respectively,and the control efficiency are 65.4%,67.8%,68.4%respectively.The results showed the extractive of Phytolacca Americana L can control the three pathogenic bacteria effectively.(3)Develop of the compound fungicidesWe compounded the extractive of Phytolacca Americana L and Pyrimethanil iprodione in 5 different proportions.The results showed that all had additive effect to control the three pathogenic bacteria.Taking cost and efficiency into consideration,we chose F5(Phytolacca Americana L:pyrimethanil iprodione =5:1)as our final fungicides.The MIC of F5 to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Pestalotiopsis microspora,Agaricodochium camellia are 750mg/L,625mg/L,750mg/L respectively,and MFC are 1000mg/L,875mg/L,875mg/L respectively,and EC50 are 24.74mg/L,19.51mg/L,17.78mg/L respectively.The 1000 folds dilution of F5 had satisfactory results in the nursery experiments.The protective effect to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides、Pestalotiopsis microspora、Agaricodochium camellia are 66.1%、67.2%、69.8%respectively and the treatment effect are 61.7%,65.5%,66.7%respectively. |
