Pinellia ternata is one of the popular bulk herbs,medicine has a long history,the main component contains a variety of alkaloids,sitosterol,polysaccharides,amino acids,essential oils,pinellin,trace elements and the like nucleosides,nucleoside for which one of the main substance of the main physiological activity,with a variety of biologically active anti-tumor,anti-viral and gene therapy.Studies have shown that as guanosine Banxia index component,and the yield was a weak negative correlation.Since the late 1970s,since the success of the Banxia variable home of wild species,long germplasm chaos,instability and other problems in the quality of the planting process.For a long time,often vegetatively propagated planting Pinellia main varieties propagation material degradation occurred about three years,so how asexual propagation techniques enable Banxia purification and rejuvenation is particularly important.This study of the different areas of Henan budding Banxia comprehensive evaluation to select the best of the propagation material,the use of tissue culture to establish a system of rapid propagation of Pinellia sections,combined with the actual production needs optimum cultivation patterns preliminary exploration.Research contents and results are as follows:1.Adoption of the different areas of Henan Banxia comprehensive quality evaluation,that Yuzhou Pinellia(diameter 1.0 ± 0.2cm)> Shanxi,Xinjiang Banxia>Zhoukou Banxia> Shanxi,Xinjiang pinellia(sliced)> Henan Yuzhou Pinellia(diameter 2.0 ± 0.2cm)> biennial plantlets> annual plantlets> Henan mall Banxia.Provenance is the same water-soluble extract content,alcohol and extract content of the tuber diameter were positively correlated,and regardless of origin;provenance same origin,free and total organic acid content of the tuber diameter were positively correlated,guanosine content and tuber diameter was negatively correlated;the same provenance of origin is not the same,free total organic acid content,the content ofguanosine and tubers diameter no significant correlation.2.screened Yuzhou Banxia as propagation material,a rapid propagation system Pinellia slices.The results showed that leaf and petiole suitable liquid culture,bulbils in the training process is easy to form a complete plant,proliferation rate is not high.Therefore,in selecting a diameter less than 1.5cm tubers as propagation material taken slitting methods;the best medium of 1 / 2MS liquid medium(all halved)+ 2.0%sucrose + 1.0mg / LKT + 1.5mg / L 6-BA + 1.0mg / L NAA + 0.25 mg / L2,4-D.Culture Culture conditions: long 24h / d(7d)when light,12h/d(8d ~),a temperature of 25 ± 2 ?,speed 90r / min.3.Seedlings Pinellia Pinellia inverted yield and quality have certain effects:Pinellia tuber inverted seedlings to promote internal consumption of organic compounds,resulting in reduction of Pinellia dry matter;the chemical composition of the total free organic acids,and guanosine adenosine in Pinellia first time down the seedling stage,the content of the three have a certain degree of enhancement is;to 9 months late,when Pinellia wither,three were significantly decreased entirely.As a reference to the weight of single indicators,no matter what type of leaf Pinellia influence in late July to December fell seedlings planted Pinellia not obvious;moreover intercropping mode delay willow inverted type Pinellia seedling one week about.4.Cultivation mode Pinellia: Pinellia preferably willow pattern as a seed source for 12 months late sowing seed planting,do not use intercropping mode,optimum harvest period in late September to early October.
