The Epidemiology Of Swine Magjor Reproductive Disorder Diseases From 2013 To 2016 In Henan Province

Henan is a major region for porcine production in China.In recent years,pig industry develop rapidly in this region.Due to the large number of introducing breeding pigs,increasing trade frequent and cross-regional flow,the disease also occur repeatedly.What the worse,the illness has become increasing complex.Disease prevention and control is still an important problem of pig industry,especially the reproductive disorder disease which has become the main problem of pig farm,co-infection disease poses a great economic losses to the pig industry.To find out the prevalence of these disease in Henan province.We conducted the survey in 2013-2016.4789 serum samples from 118 farms were collected across 18 municipal districts of Henan.ELISA was used to monitor the antibody against to CSFV,PRRSV,PRVg B,PRVg E and PCV2 at the same time.Epidemic characteristics and trend of porcine infectious diseases in Henan province are analyzed and point out the responding measures for control.There wasn’t obvious regularity in seasonal variation.The ELISA results found that the pigs of CSFV、PRRSV、PRVg B、PRVg E and PCV2 serum antibody positive rate were 80.25%,84.52%,85.56%,16.21%,75.49%.The positive rate for CSFV,PRRSV,PRVg B,PRV g E,PCV2 of the different regions in middle,eastern,western,southern,northern region of Henan Province were 69.00%,81.92%,84.87%,5.17%,67.90%;73.22%,79.83%,95.04%,18.35%,70.08%;89.98%,94.94%,88.04%,9.05%,80.93%;85.03%,91.00%,84.02%,21.02%,76.75%;75.02%,80.04%,81.98%,17.26%,74.58%.In the comparison of seasons,the serum antibody positive rate of CSFV,PRRSV,PRV g B,PRV g E and PCV2 is about 80%.Through the different stages of the herd antibody positive rate shows the conservation pigs and fattening pigs is worse than the others.The 146 tissue sample were pathologically tested,and results showed the 97 samples were identified positive.The positive rate of CSFV,PRRSV,PRV and PCV2 were 24.66%,40.41%,20.55%,28.08% respectively.The results showed that the infection of pathogen is serious,especially in co-infection,even the four kinds of disease co-infection.In sum,these study once confirmed that the disease related to porcine reproductive disturbance occurred in Henan province.At the same time,this study provided an consult thereunder to effectively establish a prevention program on laws,paved the way of the healthy development of swine industry in this area.
