Wetland soils is an important integral part of the wetland ecosystem, wetlands get first place chemical substances and intermediary biogeochemical cycles.Wetland soils maintain biodiversity, distribution and regulation of surface water, decomposition and degradation of contaminants fixation, preservation of historical and cultural momuments and other functions.Wetland soils for wetland restoration, wetland degradation prevented provide important theoretical basis, although in terms of wetland restoration done a lot of field research, changes in water level, the microscopic study of vegetation succession on soil nutrient spatial structure less there appears to be perfect. This study was designed to investigate the relationship between Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve hydrologic al change and soil fertility.By Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve along the shore select three vertical length of 150m transects, sampling and laboratory studies on the banks of a combination of methods, each transect were set up five sampling points are 30m away from the river bank,60m,90m,120m,150m at each sampling point on the ground vegetation distribution of the collection, underground 0-5cm soil for each sampling point,5-10cm 10-20cm soil layer and soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and potassium nutrients spatial distribution of the various differences in the study, part of the research results show that:(1)changes in soil water content can significantly affect the nutrient content of the soil, the water level along the gradient descending direction, soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, potassium content of the first and then reduce the increasing trend of soil content of total phosphoarus in succession along with the coefficient of variation is small, the content of available phosphorus in the soil 0-5cm and 5-10cm presented first in the direction of succession to reduce an increasing trend,10-20cm soil presents with the direction of the succession of a growing trend.(2)at each sampling point 0-10cm soil, with soil carbon and nitrogen ratio with the extension of the sampling points and showing a gradual decrease after the first increase and then decreased, soil carbon and nitrogen ratio of up to 10.5,the lowest value 8.75.In the Layers sampling points 10-20cm in soil carbon and nitrogen ratio is showing a relatively stable trend, the difference is not obvious, the maximum value of 10.5,the lowest value is 9.7,well below 25,indicating that soil organic matter humic high degree of decomposition of organic matter and is not conducive to the lack of nitrogen limitation, and thus make the soil available nitrogen content increased. As can be seen from each ratio, forthest away from the riparian zone wetland soil carbon and nitrogen is lower than near the riparian zone wetland soil carbon and nitrogen ratio, indicating that the soil of Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve, with increasing moisture humification degree increased nitrogen mineralization capacity enhancement. And the whole band on the spatial distribution of soil carbon and nitrogen ratio is less than the lover soils.(3)The higher the importance value species, indicating t hat this species status in the community, the higher, according to the results sampling points quadrats species important value judgment wetland community quadrats composition. In all the samples in the mining Fang, twelve plants, including reed,Suaeda,Imperata, wormwood, wild peas, encdive dish, large thistle, lotus Liu,cassia,Apocynum, multiflora rose, tamarisk, arborvitae, which select Fifth column record important herb FIG.Depending on the size important value sorted reed>Imperata>Great Cephalanoplos>Gaocai>Sonchus>Cassia>S.salsa>vetch, explained reed this wetland area and Imperata dominant species, cover 24%,14%,a relative frequency of 17%and 20%.No typical recovery of vegetation. This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the Yellow River wetland vegetation, changes in moisture content and soil fertility, forther reveal the Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve Restorable internal factors, provide a reference for fiuture healthier restore wetland ecosystem restoration, but also provide solutions for recovery of other ecosystems.
