With the development of the computer and the improvement of the requirement of visualization in scientific research field,the new visualization technology is emerging,and the application in the field of science is gradually deepened.Especially in the field of biological application,due to the complexity of biological data,abstract and potential association of,the traditional biological data processing cannot meet the need of the development of biology,so an urgent need for new techniques and new methods to solve these problems.Nowadays,visualization technology has become an important means to deal with biological data,which improves the efficiency of biological data utilization and speeds up the process of biological research.In this paper,based on the visualization of tea plant secondary metabolites data as the focus,study of domestic and foreign biological information data platform,that put on the visualization of biological data display and query,showing these abstract data through visualization techniques,and the tea plant secondary metabolites bio molecular data combined with computer technology to design and realize the tea plant secondary metabolites biological data platform.It not only provides more comprehensive information about the secondary metabolism of tea plant,but also realizes the visualization of the data.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To explore the present situation,development and the basic theory support of data visualization.In this paper,the development status of visualization and the implementation of other high-tech fields are discussed in detail.We can use computer technology to show the biological data by visualization.(2)Analysis of advanced visualization.We through the research of the development and use of advanced computer visualization technology,and studying the development and use of advanced computer visualization technology.Firstly,through the exploration of Marvin JS technology,to realize the show of the molecular structure of two-dimensional and edit query function in the molecular structure of online,and the technology in molecular biology query and display has good application effect.Secondly,it analyzes and studies the Web GL technology,and realizes the three-dimensional display of the molecular structure of biological chemistry.(3)Data query of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum based on the measure of medium truth degree.By studying thinking of the MMTD,as for the nuclear magnetic resonance spectral data,we first of all fuzzy comparison method then exact query,and to ensuring the accuracy of the search and improve the efficiency of the search.(4)Construction of the data platform for secondary metabolites of tea plant.This platform is used B/S structure development for to realize the sharing of the biological molecular data of the secondary metabolites of tea plant.Through the integration of the above research methods,designed the visualization of data query and display platform.Through the processing and analysis of data that can be integrated biological data display,analysis for researchers.The research was supported of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(Grant Nos.81170654/H0507),the National "Twelfth Five-Year" Technology Support Program of China(2011BAD01B01),and Anhui Agricultural University Talents Foundation(YJ2011-06),this paper used computer technology to visualize these data,and into further explore the tea secondary generation rules,promoting the research in the field of tea,improving the level of biological research has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
