As one of the traditional Chinese flowers,plum blossom and orchid,bamboo,chrysanthemum called the four gentlemen,and with pine,bamboo is called together three friends of winter.The release of the plum blossom genome sequence provides important information for the identification of the excellent ornamental traits and the anti inverse correlation gene of the plum blossom on the genomic content.bZIP transcription factors are involved in the process of physiological resistance of various plants.So far,although in many plants in a bZIP transcription factor has been a lot of research reports,but in the plum blossom in a bZIP gene temporarily no research,so to explore the function of bioinformatics of bZIP transcription factors in our study of the plum blossom in bioinformaticshas the very big research significance.In the study,we identified Prunus genome of bZIP family gene by bioinformatics analysis,and by the phylogenetic tree analysis,chromosomal localization analysis,meme protein motif analysis,significant sub intron structure analysis and bioinformatics analysis method to predict the plum bZIP gene family evolution and function.By quantitative PCR analysis of the expression level in a non-biological,gene expression status plum bZIP under hormone treatment,and stress tolerance gene cloning plum related.The main res?Lts obtained are as follows:1.In the known plum genome by bioinformatic analysis,comparison,using the Pfam online tools to verify and,?Ltimately,37 plum bZIP gene,according to the res?Lts of the chromosomal location of respectively 37 bZIP gene named PmbZIP1 to PmbZIP37,amino acid length in 117 to 1382 between distribution and average length for 415 amino acids.2.Through the plum and the amino acid sequence of Arabidopsis bZIP gene family obtained restructuring achievements,the amino acid sequence of plum and Arabidopsis bZIP gene family gene reorganization achievements.Plum bZIP gene is divided into 10 sub family according to the topology and clustering.3.By analyzing various of plum bZIP gene biological information science of various res?Lts through phylogenetic analysis,explicit sub intron analysis indicated that the plum blossom bZIP clustering performance in the same structure show the more recent.It also shows that in the evolution process of plum bZIP gene family is more conservative.4.In order to obtain bZIP protein we make use of the MEME online website to carry on the conservative sequence analysis.Analysis of the res?Lts showed that in the PmbZIP gene can be found in a number of conserved motifs,while the bZIP gene in the sequence type and the number of basic sequence showed a certain similarity in the same type,meanwhile,1,2,3,4 and 6 conserved motif was identified as PmbZIP core protein sequence.The sequence columns are widely distributed in plum bZIP gene family.5.Plum bZIP gene in high salt and drought treatment with surface 22 plum bZIP genes up-reg?Lated and 5 plum bZIP gene expression was down-reg?Lated,three plum bZIP gene in high salt and drought stress expression was up-reg?Lated in the displayed in the abiotic and expression of exogenous hormone treatment res?Lts;19 plum bZIP genes under ABA treatment expression,in which eight plum bZIP gene expression was up-reg?Lated,11 plum bZIP gene expression was down-reg?Lated.The res?Lts prove that the gene family plays an important role in the resilience of the plum.6.Related anti gene were cloned from Plum PmbZIP35 by bioinformatics analysis and expression of the res?Lts of the analysis through the technology of fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR;PmbZIP35 gene has an ORF of 467 BP,155 amino acids,which provides a preliminary basis for further study of PmbZIP35 gene function.
