New Techniques Of Delayed Cultivation And Selection Of Suitable Varieties(Lines)in Facility Grape

In order to supplement the grape supply vacancy,using the multiple results of the grape,the delayed cultivation technology of grape under the condition of facilities cultivation was studied,which made it mature before and after the Spring Festival,10-6,10-7 and kyoho grape were used as the experimental material,to study the growth rate of 10-6 and 10-7 in different types of Rootstocks and to study on changes of different cutting treated plants sprouting heading ability and leaf canopy formed short cut after the photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content as well as to study the changes of some Senescence substances in plants under low temperature and short sunshine.The results showed that:1.The grafted seedlings of 10-6 and 10-7 growed faster than that of the cutting seedlings.10-6 growth rate of the grafted seedlings and cutting seedlings were faster than that of 10-7,the growth rate of 10-7 was faster than that of 10-6.2.The different time short section,plant budding heading ability as cutting short time change,A short section of the late time,plant budding heading ability was weaker.On August 25 th for a short cut plants sprouting heading ability and fruit setting was very low.10-6 and 10-7's fruit rates were significantly higher than that of Kyoho,more suitable for delayed cultivation.3.According to the different time of different leaf cutting short form the leaf canopy,on June 5th short cutting formed the first leaf canopy,on July 5th short cutting formed the second leaf canopy,on August 5th short cutting formed the third leaf canopy,The content of chlorophyll was: the third leaf canopy > the second leaf canopy>the first leaf canopy.The leaf photosynthetic rate curve in bimodal curve,the photosynthetic rate was as follows: the third leaf canopy > the second leaf canopy >the first leaf canopy.4.Under the condition of low temperature and short sunshine,the content of MDA and the activity of peroxidase were increased,The leaf of the third canopy has the trend of aging.10-6 and 10-7 were aging later than Kyoho,more suitable for delayed cultivation.5.10-6,10-7 and kyoho soluble solids content size: 10-7 > 10-6 > kyoho.10-6 and10-7 ‘s fruit flavor is better than Kyoho.
