Wheat head scab is one of the major diseases of global wheat production on,can cause severe yield losses,while reducing the quality of wheat.Factors wheat scab incidence and prevalence and meteorological conditions,the number of bacteria source,host resistance and growth period,cultivation conditions are closely related.In order to analyze the relationship between the pathogen and the disease development of wheat scab,this article from the previous crop cultivars of Fusarium graminearum field on residues peritheciumdevelopment of the situation in Anhui Province and hydroponic culture medium Fusarium spores in light and temperature conditions spore germination.Through the establishment of the analog cell,manual control weather conditions during the wheat heading and flowering,and explore the impact of lighting conditions on wheat scab incidence.In single factor variable lighting conditions,by measuring the wheat canopy humidity,soil moisture and wheat plant photosynthesis itself under different light conditions,and further explore the impact of lighting conditions on wheat scab.The study of Anhui wheat scab forecasting to provide new ideas,coming to help the prevention and control of wheat scab.The main research results are as follows:1 Effects of two winter substrates on scab perithecium development of the situationSelect the corn stalk and paddy rice pile as scab wintering substrates to study the development of perithecia in the above case.The results showed that the number of Fusarium graminearum perithecium corn stalk was higher than the number on paddy rice pile.And the two strains and types F.asiaticum and F.graminearum,as well as sources of bacteria and has little impact on perithecia development situation.2 Effect of light and temperature on scab fungus spore germination rateThe results showed that there was a certain correlation between temperature and the spore germination rate of the spores of Fusarium spp.Under the conditions of single factor,and the germination rate was fastest at the time of 25? in the setting range and the speed was gradually increased befor 25?,and slow speed after 25?;Set a different temperature gradient at the same temperature conditions,scab spore germination rates with enhanced light intensity decreases,according to the experimental data obtained using the regression curve method,develop standard regression equation,from the respective temperature scab spore germination rate and the light intensity can be seen in this equation that the slope ofthe regression line in the 15 ?-25 ? range increases with increasing temperature and in the range of 25 ?-30 ? the slope consistented,indicating that scab spore germination rate and temperature and light have an effect.3 Effect of light conditions on the incidence of wheat scabIn this experiment,by designing different light shade cells in the experimental field,for two consecutive years of wheat scab incidence conduct field research,the results showed that there is a clear correlation between the incidence of wheat scab and intensity of light when the experiment was repeated two years,under other environmental conditions being equal.The correlation coefficient in 2014 is-0.956,p <0.05,and in 2015 the correlation coefficient is-0.966,p <0.01,as the light intensity increases,wheat scab disease index and incidence of decline.4 Further explore the lighting conditions on wheat scab incidence effectsThe results showed that the canopy humidity and soil moisture and light intensity was significantly associated at the 0.05 level in wheat growing areas rang.Under different light district field measured photosynthesis rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,intercellular CO2 concentration of wheat flag leaves and other physiological indicators.Among them,the photosynthetic rate increases with increasing light intensity increases and a positive correlation,the correlation coefficient was 0.975(p <0.01),there was a significant negative correlation between photosynthetic rate and scab disease,the correlation coefficient of was 0.9988.Transpiration rate trends consistent with the photosynthetic rate.The intercellular CO2 concentration is increased with light intensity enhancement,the first increase after decrease.It can be seen,the photosynthetic characteristics of wheat plants will cause the light intensity changes,the incidence of wheat scab also changed.It can be speculated that the light intensity by photosynthesis of wheat plants,reducing plant disease resistance,in order to influence the occurrence of wheat scab.
