Application Of A New Type Of Seed Coating Agent On Maize

Seed coating agent has a protective effect on maizc.It reduces the infection frequency of maize from diseases and insect pests in germination stage and growth of-cyclamen stage,which has great significance to increase production and inccome of maize.This paper takes a new type of seed coating agent for research objects,the difference of maize growth activity was studied under different temperatures by comparing the germination rates,root lengths and seedling lengths under different storage temperatures,analyzing and demonstrating that there will no drug damage to the maize during storage after mixing the new type seed coating agent.Two kin of maize seeds in different years were tested.By comparing the germination rates,rootf th lengths and seedling lengths of the maize seeds which were treated with five kinds seed coating agent,the study illustrated the differences in activity of different year maize seeds and the maize seeds which were more suitable for the next field experiment were selected.In the field experiments,different seed coating agents affect the maize diseases and insect pests and maize yields in different tested fields,by comparing these differences the effect of the new seed coating agent can be explored in field use.This study will establish foundation to mass production and safe use in farmland of the new seed coating agent.The main results were as follows:1.The effect of storage on the seed of maize under different temperaturesNo differences in CK after the contrast experiment of new maize seed dressing of maize seeds and seed germination rate,root length and seedling length.According to the measured data and comparing significant differences among processing data,there was no big difference on seed germination rate,root length and shoot length of after new maize seed mix and CK,and the overall results showed consistently,can draw new maize seed coating on maize seeds phytotoxicy conclusion.At the same time comparison experiment in 10 DEG C,15 DEG C and 20 DEG C temperature stored for 2 months after the new seed dressing of maize seed in germination rate,root length and differences in seedling length and data processing showed that the storage temperature was 20 DEGC when maize seed germination rate,root length and seedling length ratio under 10 DEGC storage of maize seed of 7.5%higher,and 1.29cm 0.92cm,than in 15 DEGC storage of maize seed 0.5%,0.5 cm and 0.59cm,can be to get by new type of maize seed coating agent in 20 DEG C storage of maize seed growth better promoting effect.2.Comparison of different years maize seedThe test compared Lu'an,Rui Sheng,Manshuai,Nongda No.1 and Nongda No.2 seed coating agents which used to Longping 206 maize seed production in 2014 and 2012 with the impact of the germination rate,plant height and the dry weight and so on.Obtained a conclusion that on maize growth and development will be different through the use of different maize seed agents to maize seed coating treatment.Using different maize seed agents to 2014 maize seed,it is higher than 2012 maize seed with maize emergence,plant height and other integrated indicators.Ranking different seed coating agents to promote of plant height on maize seeds in 2014 the role of:Nongda No.1,Manshuai,Lu'an,RuiSheng,Nongda No.2;Ranking different seed coating agents to promote of the whole plant dry weight on maize seeds in 2014 the role of:Nongda No.1,RuiSheng,Manshuai,Lu'an,Nongda No.2;Ranking different seed coating agents to promote of stem mass on maize seeds in 2014 the role of:Nongda No.1,Manshuai,Lu'an,RuiSheng,Nongda No.2.It is elevating to compare five kinds of seed coating agents to the control treatment.3.Field experimentIn 2015,a field trend test was carried out in Suzhou Anhui,Hebi Henan,and Guanxian Shandong.It used randomized omplete-block design there times.The test adopt the artificial single grain sowing method,one grain per hole,maintaining spacing of 4000 plants per 667m2 planting density,strictly consistent.Based on the measure of sorting out the data,the author draws the conclusion:the auxo-action of Nongda No.1 seed coating on maize emergence rate,base stem width,root length,fresh weight and control effect was under than Rui Sheng seed coating agent,greater than full of Manshuai and Nongda No.2 seed coating agent,Nongda No.1 seed coating agent in maize seedling prevention effect had little difference with RuiSheng seed coating agent,different seed coating agents in maize seedling stage can reach 100%pest prevention effect level,the latter control effect was still can reach more than 50%.In maize yield,Nongda No.1 seed coating agent also reached the effect of the increased production,yield increasing effect was under Manshuai seed coating agent,comparing to the production of RuiSheng seed coating agent by 50%above,an increase of up to 18%,the effect was good.In general,Nongda No.1 seed coating agent performes well in maize seed coating composite indicator.
