| Taking Tetranychus cinnabarinus as research object, carried out research on T.cinnabarinus population ecology, which are hosted by two types of Anti- insect transgene cotton(transgenic BT pest-resistant cotton and transgenic BT+CpTI cotton). The main results were summarized as follows:1.Effects of transgenic cotton to T.cinnabarinus growth: under laboratory conditions, T.cinnabarinus each mite state development duration and whole generation development duration has a significantly difference between transgenic BT cotton and conventional cotton; the difference of development duration between transgenic BT cotton and transgenic BT+CpTI cotton is not significant; the development duration between different strains of the same species also have some differences, but not significantly.2.Effects of T.cinnabarinus fed on transgenic cotton reproductive capacity: under laboratory conditions, T.cinnabarinus fertility parameters has a significant differences between transgenic BT cotton and conventional cotton. Pre-spawning, spawning period and the female mite life on conventional cotton longest was 1.44 days and 12.71 days, 14.11 days, respectively; Pre-spawning, spawning period and the female mite life on transgenic BT-+CpTI sGK958 shortest was 1.00 day and 7.48 days and 8.45 days. The total amount of eggs per female on conventional cotton highest was 75.61, on s Gk958 least for 54.68; Net reproductive rate(R0) on conventional cotton the most was 55.000, on BT transgenic cotton anti-miscellaneous 5th smallest for 37.219; intrinsic ability to grow(rm) on conventional cotton the most was 0.454, minimum on the anti- hybrid 5 for 0.246; Finite rate of increase(λ) on conventional cotton the largest was 1.575, on the anti- hybrid 5th smallest for 1.278; population doubling time(DT) on conventional Minimum was 1.526 days, on the anti-hybrid 5th longest for 2.823 days.3. T.cinnabarinus Population dynamics and spatial distribution of natural populations on transgenic cotton: In transgenic cotton field, T.cinnabarinus population dynamic has a significantly peak at July, which is druing cotton grown. Its spatial distribution pattern of natural population was aggregation distribution. |
