This paper under drip irrigation condition of 0?150?300?375 and 450 kg/hm2 five nitrogen content of spring maize new roots of KWS2564 growth, photosynthetic matter production and nitrogen uptake and utilization and yield effect, all in for drip irrigation of spring maize obtained super high yield fertilization way to provide theoretical basis. The main findings are as follows:1. Increase the amount of nitrogen application significantly increased the silking stage after the root dry weight, root length and root activity was significantly delayed. The soil root senescence. When the amount of nitrogen fertilizer was higher than 300 kg/hm2, there was no significant difference in root growth, and the root activity of 20-40 cm was inhibited, which was not conducive to the increase of yield.2. Nitrogen application rate of 300 kg/hm2 Increase the amount of nitrogen application significantly increased the silking stage after rod trefoil and leaf leaf area index, lov, photosynthetic potential, chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate, effectively delay the stick three leaf and leaf senescence, is conducive to full grain filling.3 Increased dry matter accumulation in different organs increased significantly after silking stage, increased grain filling rate. When the amount of nitrogen application was more than 300kg/hm2, the dry matter accumulation was not obvious and the contribution rate of vegetative organs to grain began to decline, which was not conducive to grain filling.4 Increasing nitrogen application rate reduced nitrogen use efficiency and nitrogen use efficien increased grain number per spike and 1000 grain weight. Harvest yield showed N450(N375?N300) >N150>N0, nitrogen application rate of 300 kg/hm2 can get about 17000 kg/hm2 yield, if continue to increase nitrogen fertilizer the production will not be significant.Comprehensive economic characters and nitrogen use efficiency, the best nitrogen application rate of drip irrigation Spring Maize in this area is 300 kg/hm2.
