In this study, after eight samples, morphological identification methods and molecular biology experiments to studies species composition, and epidemiology and prevention case analysis of parasite on Lota lota in Irtysh River,conclusion as below:(1)Through the acquisition, burbot Parasite identification of 11 species may include: Apiosoma cylindriformis,Trichodina sp., Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Chilodonella cyprini, Gyrodactylus lotae,Rhipidocotyle coronatun, Diplostomum mergi, Pomphorhynchus fuhaiensis,Bothriocephalus acheilognathi,Nematoda sp.,Ergasilus sieboldi, belonging to 5, 8 classes, 10 orders, 11 families, 11 genera.;(2)Gyrodactylus lotae,Rhipidocotyle coronatun, Bothriocephalus acheilognathi and Ergasilus sieboldi uniform distribution; Diplostomum mergi, Nematoda sp., Pomphorhynchus fuhaiensis is the highest level of aggregation which is Diplostomum mergi. Diplostomum mergi most serious infection, the infection rate 78.33%, infection 1~72 strength, dominance index 0.78, is the dominant species burbot parasites; Nematoda sp. parasitic infection in the digestive tract, followed by 29.17% infection rate, infection intensity 1 ~114. There was a significant positive correlation between a variety of parasites;(3)Identification by morphology and molecular biology experiments to do to identify the Diplostomum, trematode results show that the Diplostomum is Diplostomum mergi;(4)A variety of parasite prevention experiments were conducted case studies,gain satisfied result.
