In order to study the generative biology characteristics of Armeniaca.dasycarpa(Ehrh.)Borkh.and genetic relationship of A.dasycarpa, Prunus cerasifera Ehrh.and Anneniaca vulgaris Lam. Choose A.dasycarpa. as the mam research object,take P.cerasifera and A.vulgaris as contrast materials. Thetlower bud differentiation, flower biological characteristics, pollination biology, fruit development dynamic and geneticre lationsnip were studyea and analysed, the mam results were snowed as follows:(1) The colour of A. dasycarpa bud was bronzing and it was ellipse cone, the length and width of the buds were 3.06mm and 1.65mm.1 he differentiation of A.dasycarpa 'Yechengzixing'flower buds started in the last ten-day period of June, the pistil differentiation completed in middle October. From the starting of the flower bud differentiation to the pistil differentiation, the wnole process of 'Yechengzixing'lasted one hundred days,which was thriety days longer than A. vulgaris cv.'Wanshujianah'and ten days longer than P.cerasifera.'Huangguoyingtaoli' and the initial time and the whole process of flower bud differentiation in 'Yechengzixing' were laster than 'Wanshujianali'and'Huangguoyingtaoli'.(2)'Yechengzixing' budding at the end of March, early April began to flowering, pollen amount was 306.8 per anther, pollen viability was 7.2%, stigma receptivity began at 1 day before blooming, stigma receptivity lasted from 1 day before blooming to 4 davs after blooming, and the reach time stronger was at the bloom day which lasted to 1day after blooming. Florescence of'Yechengzixing' didn't meet with apricot varieties, but closed to P.cerasijera, partialoverlap.The ratio of middle-style and long-style flower,pollen amount and pollen activity of 'Yechengzixing'were all lower than A.vulgaris, and not only the change of receptivity intensity was lower than A.vulgaris, but also had a shorter duration. The florescence of 'Yechengzixing'and P. cerasifera was closed, the pollen amount of'Yechengzixing' was lower than P.cerasifera, ratio of middle-style and long-style flower didn't have significant difference, pollen viability of 'Yechengzixing'and P.cerasifera were both lower than A.vulgaris, and the stigma varying intensity and duration were also closed too.(3)'Yechengzixing'showed self-incompatibility.The natural fruit set percentage was 0.58%,which was significantly lower than that of two F.cerasifera and three apricot varieties.'Yechengzixing'and apricot varieties cross-incompatibility,but when 'Yechengzixing'as female parent,'Yechengzixing' and P.cerasifera showed cross-incompatibility,'Yechengzixing.'as male parent with 'Huangguoyingtaoli'the fruit set percentage was 6.60% showed crosscompatibility,and the fruit set percentage between A.dasycarpa. and P.cerasifera were significantly higher than that of'Yechengzixing' and apricot varieties.Hybrid combinations of'Yechengzixing'and apricot varieties could germinate but would not reached to style base,nybrid combrinations or Yecnengzixing and r.cerasifer would reacned to style base, affnity of 'Yechengzixing and P.cerasifer were higher than that of 'Yechengzixing'and apricot varieties.(4)hrom the end of florescence to fruit maturity the all development peried of Yechengzixing'was 93d, growth and development dynamic state of'Yechengzixing'fruit diameter, fresh weight and dry weight all pr-esents a curve of "double S form. The growth and development dynamic state of 'Yechengzixing' embryo diameter, fresh weight and dry weight all presents a curve of "single S" form. The lasted time and the daily increase of 'Yechengzixing'fruit in every development period have no difference with apricot varieties but has difference with 'Huangguoyingtaoli'.(5)The results showed that shape of petal of'Yechengzixing'was round, the colour was white and it was superior ovary, the colour of calyx was purple green and the colour of anther was yellow. The cocolla diameter of 'Yechengzixing' was 21.86mm,the lengh of filament was 8.39mm, the lenghof style was 9.70mm, the lengh of calyx tube was 4.16mm, the lengh of pedicel was 6.13mm, the length of ovary was 2.45mm,the wideth of ovary was 1.19mm,the length of anther was 0.97 mm,the length of anther was 0.73mm.The pollen shapes of'Yechengzixing'was prolate, the equatorial plane view was oval, the polar view was three lobed circular. The exine ornamentation was fringepattern. the fringe were not straight, there are branches of the cross. The exine ornamentation wascomplexity with few perforation. The pollen ot 'Yechengzixing and P.cerasifera were both smaller than apricot varieties, and the pollen morphology and exine ornamentation were similar, but the shape of pollen, the equatorial plane view and the exine ornamentation of'Yechengzixing'have large differences in comparison with apricot varieties,The results also showed that 'Yechengzixing'and P.cerasifera had the near phylogenetic relationship and the phylogenetic relationship between'Yechengzixing'and apricot varieties was far.(6)74 polymorphism bands were amplified with 4 primers by the ISSR-PCR amp lification, the percentage of polymorphism ratio was 81.10. UPGMA clustering text material softwer the genetic similarity colusefficient was between 0.50-0.86,3 apricot varieties were clustered into one group, 'Yechengzixing'and P.cerasifera were clustered into one group,the enetic relationship between'Yechengzixing'and P.cerasifera were closer than apricot varieties.
