In this study, the light photosynthetic pigment content, the outcrossing, combining ability and the inheritance mechanism of leaf color and so on of the yellow leaf color mutant, Huang S, were studied by using Indica PTGMS GuangZhan63-4S as controls. And the leaf color mutant gene was mapped. and the genetic mechanism of leaf color was analyzed. Preliminary results were as follows:(1) Compared with wild-type wide GuangZhan63-4S, Huang S leaves throughout the growing period showed a yellow, tiller stronger state. Determination of Huang S and GuangZhan63-4S in each period of chlorophyll content, before tillering stage, the chlorophyll content was extremely significant difference; in the tillering stage, the chlorophyll content was increased, and the chlorophyll content was significantly different.(2) The results showed that the pollen microscopic examination in different sowing dates showed that the fertility of Guangzhan63-4S and Huang S transformation were approximately the same, In the sterile temperature range, both of the pollen is a typical abortion type, a small amount of a round, without a failure, a bag of self; Under the condition of rotary air temperature, the normal pollen appeared in the flowering stage, and the difference was not significant.(3) Study on general combining ability(GCA) in yield component trait of five TGMS lines of rice, results showed as follows, height: T175S> Longke638S>HuangS>Guangzhan63-4S>Jing4115S; Duration from seeding to heading(DSTH): Longke638S>Jing4115S>HuangS>T175S>Guangzhan63-4S; panicle length(PL): HuangS>Jing4115S>Guangzhan63-4S>T175S>Longke638S; Effective panicles(EP): Longke638S>Guangzhan63-4S>Huang S>T175S> Jing4115S; Filled grains per panicle(FGPP):T175S>Huang S> Jing4115S> Guangzhan63-4S> Longke638S; Seed setting rate(SSR):Jing4115S>Huang S> Longke638S> Guangzhan63-4S>T175S; Thousand kernel weight(TKW): Huang S> Longke638S> Guangzhan63-4S>T175S>Jing4115S; Yield per plant(YPP): Huang S> Guangzhan63-4S> Longke638S>T175S> Jing4115 S.Among hybrids,Huang S / Chang Hui 861, Jing4115 S / Chang Hui 871 Yield Characters Special combining ability(SCA) showed good. Compared with Guangzhan63-4S, Huang S composition yield factors were slightly higher than the control, but the difference was not obvious; the selection of complementary characteristics of the restorer lines can get a better combination of hybrid combinations.(4) Study on the genetic traits of mutant Huang S ‘ leaf yellowing, mutant hybrid combinations of F1 generation,and F2 generation leaf phenotype, leaf color in F1 showed normal green, F2 population leaf color separation, the yellow leaf: green leafy ratio was 1:3,indicating that Huang S leaf color mutant gene is by a single recessive gene control.Construction Huang S / 9311 F2 population for the mutant gene mapping HUANG S,located the leaf color mutant gene HUANG S between the SSR markers B2-4 and ab19-1on NO.2 chromosome by SSR markers. The genetic distance were 1.0cM and 4.6cM respectively.
