Rice plays a vital part in main food crops in China,which relations with hundreds of millions of people’s life security.Currently artificial sowing and transplanting are still the main way of rice cultivation in our country,these way have character of high labor intensity,high labor costs and low efficiency.In order to reduce labor intensity,save labor costs and improve work efficiency,adopting mechanization of planting method is the development trend of rice cultivation.Rice direct seeding saves seedling,pulling up seedlings and transplanting multiple cumbersome process,which has character of high work efficiency,low labor intensity,and easy operation,is a relatively simple way of rice planting technology,has a broad application prospect in rice planting.Combined with rice agronomic requirements,this paper designs a suitable for rice hole live a multi-line rice planter.The machine adopts a unit eight line ring groove push device,which can realize a seed-metering device planting eight lines at the same time,reduce the complexity of the machine structure,through the soft brush cleaning,protection and metering optimization,reduce the damage rate and the broken rate of rice.Adopting hole distance adjustment structure makes the seeding hole from120 mm to 220 mm selected flexibly.Kinematical simulation has been carried on the metering device by using pro/E,the simulation results have verified that its structure was reasonable and hole distance adjustment was reliable.By way of pin connection between operation institution and tractor makes machine have copy function in the process of operation,and by using the ANSYS workbench for modal simulation analysis on frame of planter,find out the natural frequency of the frame and provide design basis for prototype manufacturing,avoid the resonance phenomenon in the process of machine operation.The machine can accomplish hole spacing selection,synchronous furrow ridging,seeding operation etc.One-time according to the rice planting agronomic demand.Designing experimental plan and experimental analysis were carried out on the rice planter and metering device,and choosing the different gears of hole distance adjustment structure as test factors,taking the accuracy of hole spacing adjustment,consistency of hole spacing and seeding uniformity as the test index,concluding how test factors influence the performance index.Integrated metering device and prototype field experiments show that the test performance indicators are in accordance with the design requirements.
