With the development of high power sprayer,spray technology has big change.The UAV which represents of less dose spray control has a low-altitude spraying of pesticide application efficiency and safety,liquid droplet coverage advantages of high density,saving time and effort,and it has become a new trend.In this paper,we use Chong Qing Jing Tai Airline t-10 type UAV to test flight herbicide anti-related,in order to clear that technique parameter about UAV on spraying agricultural chemicals.The advantages and weaknesses of UAV analyzed by the effect of UAV,mist sprayers,power spray machine on wheat scab.The main results were as follows:1.The determination of unmanned aerial vehicle flight parameters1.1The relationships between pressure of pesticide tank and spray flowAdjusting drone pesticide tank pressure,all the time about different pressure of pesticide tank spraying all liquid was recorded,and the pressure of pesticide tank corresponding spray flow were calculated out.The results showed that the pressure of pesticide tank(y)with the spray flow(x)comply with the equation y=7.4x+27.13.The correlation coefficient R=0.98384.1.2 Determine the droplets range of UAV and flight speedAfter determine the droplets range of UAV through ground test,according to the droplets range of UAV,The amount of drug per acre and the spray flow about different pesticide tank pressure,the fight speed corresponding different pesticide tank pressure was calculated.The results showed that the pesticide tank pressure(y)with the fight speed(v)comply with the equation y=0.209v+3.761,The correlation coefficient R=0.98362.2 The determination of technique parameter about UAV spray agricultural chemicals2.1 The effect of the degrees of spray rod on droplets distributionThere has two degrees of spray rod include 30° and 0° for test.Using the same pesticide,then the changes of droplets distribution between two degrees was observed.The results showed that droplets distribution appear M type in different level sites.The number of droplets is discreasing in the center-line of fly when 30 degrees of spray rod.The number of droplets was not reduced when adjusting the spray rod to 0°.Distribution of droplets was close to Normal distribution in diffident level sites.2.2 The combination between dosage with nozzle diameter and mesh apertureFiltered by ground test,the best match were missible oil corresponding to nozzle 1.0 mm and mesh 0.3 mm,suspension agent corresponding to nozzle 1.5 mm and mesh 0.3 mm,wettable powder corresponding to nozzle 2.0 mm and mesh 0.3 mm,dispersible granule corresponding to nozzle 2.0 mm and mesh 0.6 mm.Microscopy results showed that under the best match of droplets number per unit area of each dosage form distribution in different levels on the tested site was very close.Within the effective range of spray painting,the diameter of the droplets missible oil<suspension agent<wettable powder<dispersible granule.The average size of missile oil droplets was 62.3 microns.The average size of suspension agent was 66.1 microns.The average size of wettable powder was 82.9 microns.The average size of dispersible granule was 85.1 microns.3 The effect of the stabilizer on droplets distribution Missible oil and suspension agent were chose as tested pesticide.The distribution forcloud droplets of spray was tested with join the stabilizer and did not join the stabilizer.The results showed that droplets were mainly concentrated in the effective range when joined the stabilizer.The number of droplets was significantly reduced in marginal division.The droplet diameter difference was narrow,and most of the droplets size was 60 microns to 95 microns.The droplets from the standard deviation was also reduced obviously.The droplets scattering phenomenon was get better when join the stabilizer,and the distribution of droplets were more balanced.4 The effect of prevention and control to scab of wheatTested site selected the Datong town Lujiang county and GuiJi town Fengtai county in Anhui Province,and the different effects about different prevention and control to scab of wheat were studied,which including different prevention and control of times,different prevention and control of the machines,join or not join settlement agent,and comparing the effects with different pesticides.The results showed that effect of control two times was higher 25%?30%than the one time.The effect of UAV was closed with mist sprayers,power spray machine when control two times.The effect after joined stabilizer has no obvious change when control two times,the effect after joined stabilizer had changed when control one time.
