Under different nitrogen levels,study on Effects of different nitrogen application rates on the growth and development, nutrient uptake, yield and quality of the dandelion,In order to provide theoretical basis for reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer in production and improve the yield and quality of dandelion.The results were followings:Increasing nitrogen fertilizer can prominently promote rape yields under the nitrogen supply at a level of 160kg/hm~2,highest yields of dandelion are 1291.24 kg /hm~2 when nitrogen fertilization of 160 kg / hm~2.As for yield components,nitrogen applying increased producing more branches of dandelion,and promoted the growth of the branches,the length of the leaves and the number of the leaves increased significantly;Also increased root weight and root length of dandelion when adding nitrogen fertilizer significantly,when more than 160 kg/hm~2 of Nitrogen, the production of dandelion reduce gradually.The nitrogen contents of root and leaf increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate in the range of 0~320 kg/hm~2,The leaf and root nitrogen content of dandelion was highest when nitrogen application amount was 240 kg/hm~2,The leaf's N content was significantly higher than that of root, that is mean, the leaf was more competitive than the root in the uptake of nitrogen;Along with the nitrogen fertilizer increasing,The content of P in dandelion leaves increased firstly, then declined, While the P content of roots increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer,The leaf and root P content of dandelion was highest when nitrogen application amount was 240 kg/hm~2,With the development of the growth period, the absorption of K was improved by the leaf and root of dandelion. The content of K increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate under nitrogen application.With the development of the growth period, the chlorophyll content of the dandelion was the highest in 82 d,that increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate under nitrogen application.the content of VC and total sugar increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate in the range of 0~240 kg/hm~2,When nitrogen application rate was 240 kg/hm~2,VC and total sugar content reached 68.81% and 30.32% comparing with the content of control.After nitrogen treatment,Contents of acid detergent fiber ADF and neutral detergent fiber NDF was decreased with the increasing of nitrogen application rate.The ash content of dandelion was increased when nitrogen application rates increase.Content of crude protein performed increased with the increasing of nitrogen application rate in the range of 0~160 kg/hm~2,Continue to increase the application of nitrogen fertilizer that was decreased gradually.highest crude protein of dandelion are 0.16 mg/g when nitrogen fertilization of 240 kg/hm~2.The crude fat of dandelion was increased with the increasing of nitrogen application rate.highest crude fat of dandelion are 1.58% when nitrogen fertilization of 240 kg / hm~2.when more than 240 kg/hm~2 of Nitrogen, the crude fat of dandelion reduce gradually.From nutrient uptake, yield, quality of fresh food and forage factors comprehensively. Nitrogen fertilization in 160~240 kg/hm~2 is the best fertilization amount of dandelion.
