With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, the traditional agricultural practices vast rural areas also will be changing. At the same time, the farm farmland block services also put forward new demands. In the market economy environment, the agricultural machinery owner hope to use the lowest cost get the maximum economic benefits, achieving this goal is to solve the primary selection that the owner choose machinery. The traditional forms of agricultural jobs, only rely on the past experience and personal preferences to choose a block of farmland, and this can't guarantee that every job is a scientific and rational and maximize benefits; another way, rely on the collection and management of farmland block job information by the rural communities, releasing these information, passively waiting for the main agricultural farm job tasks, lack of initiative. Studying the choosing machinery style of the owner and rural community-led deployment of agricultural jobs has a strong practical significance. By analyzing the deployment situation, the study purpose of farm machinery and agricultural policy formulation deployment algorithm for farm owners is providing reasonable allocation of agricultural programs. The main contents are as follows:1) Analyzed two farm deployment situations and the established a model based on the agriculturalmachineryAnalysis of the current demand in rural areas for agricultural machinery, try to analyze to situations. The first one is based on the choice of the agricultural machinery owner, farm client send the farm information and the machinery information to server, after the server analysis, feedback farm deployment options for the client; the second is the rural communities for the emergency deployment of issues led mainly affect the natural response to the upcoming extreme weather on crops harvested, made timely and effective deployment of agricultural programs and reduce the loss of farmland, farmland complete emergency task. Based on the analysis, the establishment of a farm-based agricultural model based on the deployment of the main deployment issues of agricultural primary selection.2) Allocation of model based on the machinery owner, came up with some allocation of strategyIn order to achieve the model of owner target for low-cost high-yield, this paper analyzes the impact of various factors of agricultural operations and the establishment of a farm income allocation of model; followed by a study of parallel tasks, allocation of a viable roadmap for allocation of and composition rule, according to the crops mature time window, point to agricultural operations stratification, construct viable allocation of roadmap, combined with allocation of a combination of rules to generate allocation of routes.3) Constructed agricultural deployment algorithmFor the main agricultural situation agricultural simultaneous operation of multiple units, a combination of synergistic allocation of proposed algorithms and heuristics allocation of algorithm. Agricultural operation has a strong theoretical guidance and reference, but also can provides a reference for other allocation problem.
