| In the south of China, especially the minority areas of Guangx, parasitic diseases caused great harm to animals, in order to further understand the prevalence of livestock major parasitic diseases in the cit we In this investigation we mainly study the prevalence of several major parasitic diseases of livestock in the area of Baise. In this investigation we used three detection methods, colloidal gold strip, indirect ELISA and double antibody sandwich ELISA,to detect the serum samples for Trypanosoma evansi, Fasciola gigantica, Toxoplasma gondii.187 sheep sera and 193 water buffalo sera collecting from Baise were detected by colloidal gold strip and the result showed Trypanosoma evansi positive rate by gaots and water buffaloes were 17.65% and 11.92%, respectively, the average rate was 14.74%.180 water buffalo sera collected from Baise were detected by indirect ELISA and its Fasciola gigantica positive rate was 2.53%.In the 11 counties, the lowest positive was Tian-yang by 12.5%, and Long-lin has the highest positive rate by 100%.159 water buffalo sera collected from Baise were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA and its Fasciola gigantica antigen positive rate was 27.67%.Including the highest positive rate was Tian-dong by 70%.79 swine sera collected from Baise were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA and its Toxoplasma gondii antigen positive rate was 2.53%. The experiment proved that infection rate of Trypanosoma evansi, Fasciola gigantica in Cattle and gaots from Baise region’s are higher. We should strengthen the Trypanosomosis and Fasciola gigantica disease prevention work and ensure the healthy and stable development of aquaculture farmers. The infection rate of oxoplasma gondii of pigs in the area of Baise is lower, but this investigation proved the presence of the disease so we should make the preventive measures and control epidemic hazards.of the parasite. |
