Currently, the use of chemical pesticides to protect agricultural crops from pests and erosion is still the fastest and most cost-effective measures. The major reasons for excess chemical pesticides residues in fruits are poorly development of our country spraying mechanical skill. The traditional mode of plant protection is not suitable for the development of modern agriculture. It is a universal phenomenon to take IPC as PC control terminal among automatic target spraying machine. It increases the cost of equipment and is not conducive to the promotion. In order to improve the level of automation of the plant protection machinery Orchard and develop the traditional mode of plant protection, we develop an automatic target detecting and air-assisted spraying test platform based on Android.Through investigation and analysis of existing research status and automatic parameter target spraying techniques to determine the target breeze orchard automatic test rig’s overall design and operating principle. While the key parts was designed and calculated, the solid model was designed with Solid Works software. Driveline shaft were analyzed by ANSYS software. The result showed that the drive shaft is designed to meet the requirements.Hardware architecture of orchard automatic control system was built. From stability, cost,availability, promotion of the system and other considerations, the choice of data collection devices, control components and implementation of chip design and related hardware circuit.The control program was developed. The lower computer software was developed on the basis of spraying control logic in C language. It included each module includes drivers,filtering procedures and communication signal decoding processing program. App was developed. App can be installed on any one Android phone. It can be achieved 6 kinds of spraying pattern with the App. At the same time, app can record the information that upload from the lower computer. The operator can easily browse data by looking interface.Experimental results show that the platform could automatic detecting the target and spraying accurately. System responds quickly and effectively. Status data could be transmitted via Wi-Fi to your phone control terminal. App is stable and reliable. Compared with the traditional practices of continuous spraying, automatic detecting target and spraying the provincial drug rate of more than 26%. |
