Wild soybean is Papilionaceae twining annual herb. It is an important material in soybean breeding and is also the two national protected plants with many excellent traits such as muti pods, disease resistance and insect resistance. To study the salt tolerance and to screen out the fine lines of wild soybean, which could be planted in the Yellow River Delta area.It is of great significance for the development and utilization of the local unused land, improving the local ecological environment and protecting the rare and endangered plants in the country. In this study, the germination and seedling physiological indexes were determined in 9 areas of the Yellow River Delt under the NaCl stress.By analyzing the salt tolerance indexes of germination and seedling stage by membership function,we screened out the excellent wild soybean varieties in 4 regions of salt tolerance and analyzed the nutritional quality of the salt tolerant varieties which provided theoretical basis for the breeding and cultivation of wild soybean. The experimental results are as follows:1.Effects of NaCl stress on seed germination of wild soybeanWith the increase of salt concentration, some index of the wild soybean in various regions decreased gradually such as the germination rate, the germination potential and the germination index. But in the low salt concentration(25mmol·L-1), some index of wild soybean was higher than that of the control group, which indicated that the low salt concentration could promote the germination of wild soybean seeds.Radicle length and hypocotyl length decreases with the increasing of salt concentration. All wild soybean cultivars radicle length were lower than the control under salt stress, indicating the radicle and hypocotyl were sensitive to salt stress. Each index has a significant change compared with the control group under the 200mmol·L-1 salt concentration. The salt concentration of 300mmol·L-1 severely inhibited the germination of wild soybean seeds.2. Physiological and biochemical effects of seedling stage under NaCl stressWith the increase of salt concentration, leaf area of wild soybean decreased, root- shoot ratio increased.Soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, proline content and MDA content of different varieties of wild soybean increased with the increase of the salt concentration. The content change of CAT, POD and SOD showed two trends:one kind is that with the increase of the salt concentration, the enzyme activity increases and then decreases, which reaches the maximum value in the 100mmol·L-1 salt concentration, the other kind is that the enzyme activity increases with the increase of the salt concentration and the enzyme activity reaches the maximum value at 150mmol·L-1.3.Using the membership function method of fuzzy mathematics, the specific membership function value of each indicator in the germination and physiological period of wild soybean was calculated. The average value is obtained after accumulating. Finally, the salt tolerance of 9 varieties of wild soybean was kenli>gaoqing>bincheng >shouguang>zhanhua>lijin>boxing>guangrao>wudi4.Analysis of the strong salt tolerance of wild soybean varieties of fat, protein, isoflavone, melanin content, found that 4 varieties of wild soybean nutrient are rich, to provide an important theoretical basis for the breeding of wild soybean.
