An important thing in agricultural production,one of the most important experience in social practice is sowing directly influences the harvest. An important thing in agricultural production practice is how to improve the quality, performance and efficiency of sowing machine, this become an important matter in achieving agricultural mechanization growing.Seeder machine working in the farmland, easy to occur lost of condition with losing seeds,such as seed-metering device blocking, leakage of sowing. And the planter in sowing work also has the characteristics of the whole process of closed, the operator can not observe the seed at seeding and seed conveying pipe flow situation, the machine or the gearing go wrong, etc all can cause a blank line or multipath having no seeds.so this will lead to "article break" leakage situation of sowing, bring about many losses of agricultural manufacture. One concerned departments of analysis tell us, the drop-out rate of sowing in our country in average is 10/1000, the area of leakage before this year is nearly amount the total planting zone of Japan. Thus, one thing is quite important for seed sowing machine is monitoring seeding machine, so that the research of monitoring systemof sowing machine has very important meanings.This thesis takes the MCU as the center, using a sensor device for seeder seeding to measure the resualt of sowing, and collecte the data to the mcu for analysis and calculation. In the whole process of seeding,the sensor of seeder metering device monitoring seeds condition,and send the signal to the processor,processor analysis judgment seed swoing machine is working properly, if there is a leakage sowing, immediately start sound-light alarm and the start motor to move the sowing axle.. The main research contents include these: ?The overall design of monitoring system;?The hardware and software design of monitoring system; ?The resualts and analysis of the monitoring system..Research shows that work, this paper studies the corn planter monitoring system is an cost low, working stable and not hard tu generalize. The system can obviously improve the seeding success rate and quality of corn seeder. It can prevent leakage of seeding, increase the quality of seeding and the harvest, and enormously cut down the farmer work force, increase the manufactuer usefulness, also is a major to economic meaning and social work.
