The experiment was conducted on Nongcuiyuan in Anhui Agricultural University in 2013-2014.The experiment was made of wheat variety Yannong 19 as materials,set up 4 density levels(120 strains ? m-2,D1;180 strains ? m-2,D2;240 strains ? m-2,D3;300 strains ? m-2,D4)and 2 PP333 level(0 mg ? kg-1,P0;100 mg ? kg-1,P1,a total of eight treatments,D1P0,D2P0,D3P0,D4P0,D1P1,D2P1,D3P1,D4P1,studied PP333 wheat planting density and morphology,between the second quarter stem flexural strength,chemical composition,anatomical structure,lignin synthesis activity,lodging index,canopy structure,photosynthesis and the impact of the production,the results showed that:1 In addition D1P1 height difference was significantly higher than other treatments,the different between treatments were not significant.Plant height and center of gravity between the base of the second quarter length wheat at the same PP333 expression levels increased with seeding density increases;PP333 planting density under the same conditions can significantly reduce the center of gravity between wheat plant height and length of the base of the second quarter.Section basal thickness PP333 performance at the same level as the increase of planting density and smaller;PP333 planting density under the same conditions can significantly reduce the center of gravity between wheat plant height and length of the base of the second quarter.No spraying four PP333 density D3 and D4 process,wherein D4P0 lodging degree was significantly higher than D3P0,its lodging and treatment of the phenomenon does not appear.2 The mechanical strength of the basal internode of wheat at milk stage was decreased as the plant density increasing at the same PP333 level.But there were no significant difference between D1 and D2,as well as D3 and D4 sprayed PP333;PP333could significantly improve the basal internode of wheat at milk stage mechanical strength at the same density.3 The contents of nitrogen in basal second of wheat were significantly increased with the increase of sowing density at the same concentration of the same concentration of multi-effect,At the same density,PP333 reduce the nitrogen content of wheat in basal second significantly.Lignin content and cellulose content of wheat in basal second at the same level with the PP333 planting density increases significantly reduced under the same conditions as density,PP333 significantly increased lignin in basal second of the wheat base content and cellulose content.4 The number of vascular bundles of wheat basal level at the same PP333 planting density increases with decreasing trend,indicating that with the increasing of planting density of wheat stalk lodging resistance decreases.While under the same density levels,bringing the number of vascular bundles PP333 solution base section 2increased significantly,indicating that PP333 has improved between the base section2,the number of vascular role in helping foster strong stem to prevent lodging.5 Wheat lignin 4 synthase PAL,TAL,4CL and CAD activities were at the same level with the PP333 sowing density increases and decreases PP333 increased by the above-mentioned four lignin synthesis activity.PAL activity from April 21 began a downward trend,TAL and CAD activity showed a single peak curve,and 4CL active bimodal curve.Lignin content and PAL,TAL and CAD activity showed a significant positive correlation.6 Except for D3P0 and D4P0 two density,the difference of lodging resistance index was not significant.The high-density processing lodging index was significantly lower than the low density,with the wheat planting density reduced lodging capacity enhancement.In the same planting density,PP333 treatment lodging index was significantly higher than PP333 treatment.Standardized regression equation y =0.75x1-0.37x2,where x1 is PP333 treatment levels,x2 is planting density,y is the lodging index.Description affecting lodging index,PP333 effect is greater than planting density effects.7 The leaf area index of D3P1 and D4P1 were highest;D3P1 significantly higher than D2P1,D4P1,D1P0 and D2P0;D4P1 treatment was higher than D2P1,D4P1,D1P0 and D2P0,but the five treatments were not significant;D3P0 and D4P0 significantly lower than the other six treatments.The difference between treatments of average leaf angle was not significant.The highest of Canopy openness wereD1P0 and D2P0,D3P0,D1P1,D2P1,D4P0,D3P1,D4P1 were followed.After 10 days of flowering,The photosynthetic performance increased with the increasing of density At the same PP333 level,but the level of the previous density and adjacent density levels were not significant;Under the same densitylevel Group photosynthesis were a slight increasing with the increasing of PP333 treatment,but there was no significant.20 days after flowering,without spray PP333,the group of photosynthetic performance when planting density is not greater than 180 / m2 significantly enhanced,but planting density of not less than 180 / m2 while with the planting density increases significantly reduced;in the case of spray PP333,the group of photosynthetic performance when planting densityis not greater than 240 / with the increasing of planting density and enhanced m2,but120 / m2 and 180 / m2 increase both the density of population photosynthesis not significant,photosynthesis 300 / m2 treated group was significantly less than 240 / m2 treatment,but significantly higher than the other two treatments;After 30 days flowering,without spray PP333 photosynthetic performance groups as when seeding density is not greater than 180 / m2 at the increase of planting density significantly enhanced,but planting density of not less than 180 / m2 while with sowing significantly reduced the density increases;in the case of spray PP333 photosynthetic performance groups as when seeding density is not greater than 240 / m2,with the increasing of planting density significantly enhanced,300 / m2 treatment significantly lower than 240 / m2 treatment,but dealing with the other two density difference was not significant.8 The yield of D3P1 and D4P1 were highest;D3P1 was significantly higher than D2P1,D4P1,D1P0 and D2P0;D4P1 was higher than D2P1,D4P1,D1P0 and D2P0,but five treatments were not significant;D3P0 and D4P0 were significantly lower than the other six treatments.Considering lodging properties,canopy and photosynthetic characteristics and the relationship between them.D3P1,spray PP333 240 / m2 was better on lodging performance,reasonable canopy structure,the photosynthetic performance groups was strongest,the yield was highest,based optimal treatment on the test conditions.
