Transplanting will certain specifications for mechanical transplanting rice to a rice field planting mode. The technology is characterized by high yield cultivation technology of rice as the basis, the basic seedling, transplanting depth and other technical indicators to quantify adjustment, reduced seedling shallow planting, increase efficiency, reduce labor, labor transfer line to expand. The key link of rice transplanting seedlings, machine is inserted, the application of fertilizer, water management, pest and disease control and conventional rice is basically the same. Rice transplanting technology because of the advantages of high work efficiency, anti disaster ability and cost saving, is gradually being accepted by the majority of farmers. Yet there are many factors that restrict the development of rice transplanting machine, for example, many farmers reflect transplanter spacing design is too wide, resulting in Daejeon basic seedlings, increase production is not obvious. At present, the market promotion of rice transplanter spacing is 30cm, the distance in the yield of rice with reduced transplanting density, grow grain, increase rice ventilation, light transmission, reduce plant diseases and insect pests and other advantages. However, in the actual process of agriculture production, different seedling quality, field quality, rice transplanter quality still has certain difference, transplanting time can not accurately grasp the drain plug,, broken, floating seedling, planting too deep, field management guidance is not in place and so on are unavoidable, rice planting density is low, leading to the basic seedlings it is difficult to achieve high yield, rice. In recent years, the growing continuously after the shift, transplanting plants is relatively small, growth period is shortened and the decrease in photosynthesis, resulting in insufficient rice tillering, loss of yield advantage compared with the direct seeding rice transplanting, affected the play of productivity advantage. If by decreasing the spacing, improve each acupoint tree, and easily lead to rice sheath blight, rice blast, rice black streaked dwarf disease and pest. Therefore, in the condition of other factors, appropriate to reduce the spacing, increase of planting density, increase the number of effective tillers of rice, is expanding the effective attempt the yield potential of rice transplanter.From 2012 to 2013, a test point in the peaceful neighborhood in Funing County of Jiangsu province Fu town, using two different rice transplanter row spacing of 25cm and 30cm, the design of different spacing (25x11,25x12,25x14,30x11,30x12,30x14), of which,25cm row spacing for different treatment groups, near 30cm row spacing of different spacing configuration for the control group. According to the "test principle of difference", to compare with the varieties, only allows the spacing factor differences occur, other things being equal (including:the same kind of seedling, the same land, the same planting time, the same type, the same tillage and fertilizer and water management, Zhi Bao et al.) According to the different row spacing, transplanter transplanting operation quality, leaf growth, growth period, tillering, Dan Zhucheng spikes and spike rate were observed and recorded, using a simple comparison method, compared to direct experimental treatment and the control treatment nearby, on this basis, analysis the different row spacing affects the whole process of transplanting the effect of rice growth, to determine the effects of mechanical transplanting rice of different row spacing on Yield and yield components, the suitable for local rice machine plug related technical regulations, expected to provide scientific basis for mechanical transplanting rice transplanting density, the results are as follows:When planting spacing in the same planting row spacing of 25cm, the rice yield was significantly higher than that of 30 cm rice yield, plant processing inserted row spacing of 25cm inserted row spacing of 30cm number, spike grain processing of seed setting rate, grain weight was higher than that of planted; the number of ears per mu yield were lower than the treatment, planted in row spacing of 25cm. The same row as the planting density increase, in a certain range, the number of ears per mu yield increased significantly, significantly improved, but the grain number per spike,1000 grain weight, seed setting rate was slightly decreased in varying degrees, planting density exceeds a certain range increase production is not obvious.
