| The experiment were conducted at Nongcuiyuan test base of Anhui Agricultural Uniwersity in 2012-2014.With two different cold resistance of wheat cultivars(semi-winter wheat Yannong 19 and semi-spring wheat Huaimai 30)for the material,pot experiment were performed to investigate the effects of spraying 6-Benzylaminopurine(6-BA,plant growth regulators,10μmol·L-1)and Xin Meizhouxing(foliar,diluted 300-fold)on the changes in physiological and biochemical characteristics under-10℃(tillering stages)and 0℃(elongation stages)low-temperature stress and the effect of low temperature stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics.The main results were as follows: Effects of low temperature stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics of different wheat genotypes at tillering and elongation stagesResults showed that the two genotypes of wheat were expressed as net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomata conductance(Gs)and intercellular CO2 concentratio(Ci),and maximum quantum yield of PSII(Fv/Fm),photochemical quenching(Qp)and acyclic photosynthetic electron transfer rate of PSII(ETR)after low temperature stress,and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters which contained minimal fluorescence(F0)values were significantly increased;SOD and POD activity of yannong 19 increased,while MDA content of decreased.SOD and POD activity of huaimai 30 decreased,while MDA content of increased;Wheat grain number and 1000-seed weight content of yannong19 and huaimai 30 decreased.The decrease range of wheat grain number and 1000-seed weight content of huaimai 30 was higher than yangnong 19.Spraying the Growth Material on the changes in physiological and biochemical characteristics of different wheat leaf at tillering and elongation stagesThe results showed that spraying 6-BA and Xin Meizhouxing significantly reduced the minimal fluorescence(F0)and significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate of wheat plants(Pn),stomata conductance(Gs),maximum quantum yield of PSII(Fv/Fm),photochemical quenching(Qp);SOD and POD activity of yannong 19 and huaimai 30 increased,while MDA content of them decreased;Wheat grain number and 1000-seed weight content of yannong19 and huaimai 30 decreased.Namely,spraying 6-Benzylaminopurine was stronger than that of spraying Xin Meizhouxing. |
