The objective of this test was to study high-yielding Holstein cow diets,and added the active yeast (P8) for lactating dairy production performance, rumen fermentation index, blood indexes and other parameters.The test selected 60 new products Holstein cows which the age, parity, milk yield were similar,and divided into two groups of 30 cows,the test period was 60d. The test was divided into control and treatment groups. The results were as follows:1. The effects of Holstein cow on rumen fermentation indexes which added the active yeast (P8) in diets,It turned out that the pH of two groups among 6.47-6.49, the control group and treatment group had no significant difference (P> 0.05), at the same time, the parameters of two groups in NH3-N, propionic acid, Propionate, Butyrate, Acetate, Propionate ratio had no significant difference (P> 0.05);But the rumen fluid of treatment group in Acetate, total VFA concentration were significantly higher than control group (P <0.05).2. The effects of Holstein cow on blood indexes which added the active yeast (P8) in diets. It turned out that the treatment group of BHBA and TP were relative to the control group had a tendency to rise, but there were no significant difference (P> 0.05), the content of TG in the blood was significantly higher in control group (P< 0.01), in the whole test, each group of the NEFA, TC, Glu,Ins, LDL, Niacin, BUN, IGF 1 had no significant difference (P> 0.05).3. The effects of Holstein cow on production performance which added the active yeast (P8) in diets, It turned out that The DMI and milk yield of treatment group had a little increase compared to control group.but they were no significant difference (P> 0.05), At the same time,the two groups of Protein,SNF and MUN had no significant difference(P> 0.05); Group but the treatment group of Fat rate is significantly higher than control group (P< 0.05), but the treatment group of somatic cell have a little decrease,and there were no difference significant between them (P> 0.05).
