This thesis for a request to the large and thin wall aerospace product’s welding, introducing heat、hi-pressure induction and proliferation brazing furnace the design way of thinking of the reasonable and the calculation procedure of the necessity. Adopt the electronics theories builds up responding the etc. effect back track of the induction furnace and flaps to concuss back track, the more convenient selection responds the physical parameter of the induction furnace while making to carry on a proliferation to weld, At the electromagnetism field theories foundation up, carried on an accurate calculation towards heating a component-sensor, make the proliferation weld of rise, reduce the heat process more safe credibility, Analyzed furnace’s door and hull, big stalk and door etc. to seal completely structure, promise that heat to add to press to the induction proliferation furnace stability that carries on a proliferation to weld. The design that experimented to verify that equipments through a craft finally is dependable and reasonable.
