The article mainly does research on the manufacturing processing technology of two typical parts of the LOX/kerosene rocket engine thrust chamber-injector and nozzle. Injector is the most basic atomization equipment of the thrust chamber, nozzle is a kind of equipment which inverts thermal energy into kinetic energy.In this article, first of all, it introduces the basic theory and the designing and calculating methods of injector briefly. Secondly, the key process in manufacturing processing technology of injector is analyzed and dissertated. At last, it analyzes the designing and manufacturing processing factors what influences orifice-swirl injector numerical of liquid flow and spray taper angle. And based on one kind of injector, this paper puts forward a proposal which can insure the stabilities of parts numerical of liquid flow and the qualified rate of parts trial of liquid flow by experiment, Mathematical Statistical analysis which is got by a software called "Minitab", calculations, and improved methods.Moreover, the article gives a brief introduction about the new imitate model milling flutes manufacturing technics and methods which solves the milling flutes manufacturing problem of big cooling channel with thin wall and complicated structure.
