Microwave oven is a common household appliance used in commercial fields such as fast food heating.In commercial fields,it usually requires greater power,so it is often required to use a low cost multiple furnace magnetron to supply energy to the furnace chamber.With the use of multiple magnetron at the same time,if the feed intake position is not properly arranged,the magnetron will inevitably have serious mutual coupling phenomenon,which will affect the output power,work stability and even safety of the magnetron.To avoid such a situation,a detailed analysis and design of the feed inlet position of the microwave oven is needed.At the same time,because of the increase of the power density in the microwave oven,the microwave leakage at the edge of the furnace door may be increased.This requires the design of the microwave leakage detection device to monitor the leakage energy and meet the application requirements.In this paper,the simulation and optimization design of a multi feed commercial microwave oven is carried out.At the same time,the following work is done by using the multi physical field simulation method and the specific experiment.First,taking eight feed microwave oven as a model,the feed arrangement of multi feed microwave oven is studied.Two kinds of eight feed ports microwave oven with different inlet and outlet configurations are simulated by simulation software.Compared with parallel arrangement,the heating uniformity and heating efficiency of interlaced arrangement are better.Second,a high frequency electromagnetic simulation software is used to optimize a commercial four feed microwave oven.Comparing the two kinds of transmission waveguides,the electric magnetic field at the entrance of the feed port is analyzed.Then,the optimization design of multi feed port microwave oven is carried out based on the feed port position of the multi feed port and the height of the partition board.The energy absorption rate and electric field uniformity are greatly improved.The original model and the optimized model of the four feed microwave oven were simulated by using the electromagnetic thermal coupling simulation method.The maximum temperature deviation of the simulation results and the experimental results at a single location is 23%.The overall trend is similar and has a certain reference value.Third,the cavity of the four feed oven optimization model was processed,and the 60 s water heating experiment was carried out with the original model cavity.The experimental results show that the optimization model is not much higher than the original model in the average temperature rise,but the maximum temperature difference is reduced by nearly 8℃,and the temperature mean variance decreases from 8.1 to 5.5,and the overall heating uniformity is obviously improved.Fourth,a microwave leakage detection device is designed for commercial four feed-mouth microwave oven,which realizes the real-time detection and early warning for microwave leakage of the microwave oven door,and has the advantages of low cost and small volume.
