In today's society,modern electronic power technology is rapidly progressing,but also driving the research of switching power supply gradually start.The switching power supply is mainly carried out by switching power tube,which can achieve the stable output voltage value by using it to turn on and off.This paper introduces the basic working principle of DC/DC converter.In this paper,the design scheme of the wide input-range multi-topology converter circuit is controlled by current mode,which adjusts the negative output voltage or positive output voltage through a single feedback pin to achieve the configuration of different topologies.First of all,the circuit can be designed by different peripheral application circuits,the output of three different topology modes is implemented in different situations: when the circuit is applied to boost mode,it can be used in the industrial field of Step-Up DC/DC switching power supply;When applied to SEPIC topology,it can be used in the 12 V voltage regulator for automotive electronics,such as wiper motor power supply drive,when applied to inverting topology,it can be used as a negative output converter,applied to some special negative voltage power supply occasions.Then,the paper emphatically introduces the design principle of the main function module circuit of the wide input range multi topology DC/DC converter,and analyses the small signal model of some key modules in the control loop,studies the frequency response,and uses Cadence Spectre to simulate and verify it.Finally,the paper expounds three kinds of topology of the peripheral circuit diagram,using the 0.35 ?m BCD technology,using Hspice software respectively for the whole simulation verification,the simulation results expect the design.The input range of the chip can reach 2.5V to 42 V and can be applied t o many topologies such as boost,SEPIC and inverting.After taping out the circuit,test results show that when the circuit is used in boost mode,the input voltage of 2.5V to 4.5V,the chip can be stabilized in 5V;When the circuit is applied to the SEPIC mode,the voltage is 2.8V to 36 V,the chip can be stabilized in 12V;the main performance index achieves the design goal.
