| In the southwest of China,there are many mountainous and valley terrain,and the long-span arch bridge has distinctive advantages.With the continuous development of bridge technology in China,all kinds of bridge types currently built in China are characterized by large span,difficult technology and unique shape.In recent years,the rigid skeleton concrete filled steel tube arch bridge has adopted the construction technology of "inner filling outsourcing" in the construction technology,so that it has the characteristics of the concrete arch bridge and the reinforced concrete arch bridge.Compared with the traditional concrete arch bridge,the early stiffening skeleton can be used as a self erection system for subsequent construction process,which is a developing direction of concrete arch bridge in the future.This paper is based on the construction of the bridge in Feng Jia Ping Village,Liangshan,Sichuan Province,which is the main span of the 260 m steel reinforced concrete stiffened skeleton arch bridge.The simulation model of the whole construction process of the bridge is established by using the finite element software MIDAS CIVIL and the mechanics of the arch rib at the key construction stage are made.The comprehensive analysis of deformation behavior and the comparison and selection of several construction plans put forward at the construction site are presented.The main contents are as follows:1.The paper summariing he development status of large span concrete arch bridge at home and abroad,and the importance of the whole process control in the construction of large span concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge.2.The construction project of Butuo Jinsha River bridge and its construction monitoring program are introduced.3.The simulation analysis of the construction stage of the rigid skeleton cable and the concrete pouring in the pipe is carried out and the feasibility of two construction schemes for concrete filled steel tube is studied.4.The deformation and stesses of the stiffening skeleton during construction process are analyzed,and the three ways for the construction of the outsourced concrete with a single working surface for the limited conditions of the construction are compared.5.Quantitative analysis is carried out for the influence of later arch structure construction,concrete shrinkage and creep on the stress and alignment of the arch rib. |
