The fatigue of air traffic controllers has become a serious threat to aviation safety,and the fatigue problem is becoming increasingly prominent in the air traffic management system.In order to effectively predict the fatigue of controllers,to prevent the fatigue operation of civil aviation controllers and to ensure the safety of the control activities,it is of great significance to establish a model of the fatigue risk prediction model of the controller.Basised on reading and analyzing a large number of related literatures,summed up the characteristics and influence factors of controllers' fatigue,pointed out that the main cause of the fatigue is the lack of sleep,and sleep loss can reduce alertness,therefore,this paper put forward the method of establishing the controller fatigue risk prediction model based on the alertness.In order to investigate the fatigue performance of the controller and the data of fatigue alertness,a 36 hour sleep deprivation experiment was designed and carried out.According to the data obtained in the sleep deprivation experiment,the performance of the controller was analyzed from the aspects of alertness,reaction capacity,number of operations and physiology.The concept of "alert energy" for the fatigue was put forward,and the alert energy was classified as the "alert kinetic" part dominated by the alertness and the "alert potential" part that is dominated by the hidden circadian rhythm of the human body.Alertness can be replenished during sleep,and alertness can be consumed when awakened.The general solution of the alert energy can be obtained by solving the first order linear nonhomogeneous differential equation.Convert the CPT reaction time of sleep deprivation experiment for alertness,used spectrum analysis,the Simpson integral and Fourier series expansion method combined with MATLAB,SPSS and Excel data analysis software researched data of cyclical and alert potential energy formula of rhythm,and then we get the alert potential expression,Alert energy minus alert potential energy is alert kinetic energy.By transforming the alert kinetic energy into the fatigue risk index,the fatigue risk prediction model of the controller based on the principle of alert energy was established.And the established fatigue prediction model was used to study the effects of sleep duration and sleep type(daytime sleep and night sleep)on fatigue risk,and the fatigue risk status of each stage was analyzed through an example analysis.
