The main engine of a ship drives the shaft system,and the bearing load is the key to the normal operation of the shafting.The construction of large ships at home and abroad at present,often appear a few years after the ship stern tube at high temperature,in part because of operational problems,and more important reason is the shafting installation and load adjustment stage is not reasonable cause.Although the major domestic and foreign research institutions have carried out accurate calculation of shafting,the load bearing requirements are given throughout the range,but in the actual shafting installation process,the installation of each bearing and load adjustment are not only to the range to meet the operation requirement,need further optimization,in order to achieve the purpose of long-term normal operation of the ship.This paper mainly through the research status of domestic and foreign scholars through the analysis of the model of the shafting,the shafting calculation load,three moment method using reasonable methods in schools is analyzed,and the C program is used for calculation.Using the software of shafting alignment of shafting Vartsil a ship were analyzed by calculation and accuracy of test program.Ship load measurement and adjustment of 110 thousand tons of oil tankers,record of the host resin pad before pouring,pouring and ship trial under the condition of load data for the final adjustment,the previous record of the ship shafting load analysis,the ship shafting load adjustment to optimal state.At the same time,the data of two consecutive ships are monitored to verify the reliability after load optimization.
