Stacker&Reclaimer(S&R for short)is as material handling equipment used most widely.It can convey ore,coal,coke,limestone,pellets,sand,grain,cement and so on.S&R is widely used in the industries as metallurgy,coal,building materials,chemicals,mines and etc.But s&r of light industry still depends on imports.At present,top stacking and screw reclaiming circular type s&r(hereinafter referred to as screw-reclaimer)used in the wood preparation workshops of domestic large-scale paper-making enterprises,have completely dominated by the foreign companies like Metso,FMW,ANDRITZD and so on.In the face of monopoly,the study will focus on the localizational and theoretical design of the new screw-reclaimer.It is of great significance.First,the structure and the working principle of screw-reclaimer are detailedly introduced in the work.Next,domestic&international technology situation and developing trend of screw-reclaimer will be illustrated.As a result,screw-reclaimer is composed of stacking system and reclaiming system as same as conventional circular s&r(circular blending and beam type s&r).Although the stacking structures of screw-reclaimer and conventional circular s&r have a little difference,their design principles are similar.Their reclaiming systems have relative more differences.Therefore,the work focuses on the reclaiming system.Its conveying material is lightweight material such as sawdust and wood chips.The work sets analysis and design targets for power calculation and checking of screw conveying mechanism,end beam travelling unit,and rakes.Finally,the design data is verified by on-site test run data.As simulation analysis,the steel structure models of bridge,travelling end beam and rakes by software NX Nastran are stress-analyzed under different working conditions,and then more real stress value and stress state are calculated,so as to achieve design optimization and ensure reliable operation.As design example,NHI Group has provided three sets of screw-reclaimer to Indonesian Sinar Mas Group APP Indonesia OKI in 2014.They are the world's largest hardwood pulp.The work shows the equipment operation photos in the OKI project.Before the work finishing,two screw-reclaimers in this project have been operating for 12 months.The work shows also the power load table of the main machine as strong data support for the localization.The work's results will provide the theoretical and technical supports for our company to develop the new types of screw-reclaimer and as theoretical basis accelerate further development.
